Pools have no shade. Quite difficult to enjoy on sunny days. Breakfast spread was quite simple; nothing fancy. Breakfast place was quite small; can be very crowded during peak hours and no place to sit. Since lobby is at first floor and parking at ground, always have to walk up the stairs to go up.

Location, which is quite near of the beach. Views of the hotel and surrounding from the rooms. Availability of kids room to enjoy themself. Pools for adults and kids. Spa and massage facility.

The corridor was not carpeted and any sounds made echoed quite loudly along the length and consequently could be heard inside the room.

Check-in was hassle free and we were quickly in our room. The room was, clean and with everything we needed and appeared reasonably new. Nice Balcony and reasonable view from the side of the hotel including partially the sea and beach. The hotel had a good beach front and well appointed pool with Sun shades and loungers with decent mattresses. It appeared to cater seminars and company meeting as well as for parties of all-inclusive international guests who stayed a few days before departing by coach presumably as part of a tour.

The room my parent stayed was new, they did renovated the hotel and all the rooms are in good condition compared to before when we came last 2 years. The breakfast were ok, if there were more choices it will be good.

On the second day of my stay, the electrical system in my room repeatedly malfunctioned, causing the power to trip. I promptly reported the issue to the hotel staff and requested a room change, which they subsequently provided.

The property is conveniently situated in close proximity to my workplace. The aesthetically pleasing design and the presence of multiple swimming pools were greatly admired by my family. The family room was exceptionally impressive, featuring thoughtful design elements and individual rooms equipped with their own amenities.

Limited selection for breakfast

Breakfast was very basic and we only had it once and basically went and sourced our own meals. Rooms where large n comfortable- king bed / bathroom very very new and water pressure exceptional. Toiletries were in place. Room overlooked the South China Sea , very relaxing. Pool was clean and glistening- we were the only peeps swimming so that was a bonus. Sun is scorching so bring a hat. Make sure you visit the tourist spots and had some amazing seafood at local warungs.

Everything is ok and perfect just for the water pressure for the shower...not satisfied when I get bathed, the water is too slow..

The bed is superb! This new upgrade of furniture and renovation is very satisfying. Will repeat soon and recommended for family staying too...

The food was basic. We ordered a pizza at the restaurant and it was just a cooked frozen pizza. Same when I ordered a salad, very basic. Breakfast variety was okay, but some of the food was inedible and covered in ants as it had been left out.

Location, swim facilities for kids were great. Family rooms were ideal and comfortable.
