Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MalaysiaThe door handle was slightly broken during our stay but it didn't impact us much. Smelled slightly of cigarette smoke which wasn't ideal and sometimes the shower didn't warm up.not bad!!!!
The place located in good place of KLCC that give you easy access to places that worth visiting, it's budget friendly and as it's close to places you saved on taxi already.next time I will make reservation same place .

United StatesThere was a access gate ,sometime problem for access but there always active Property host Fahimi and He is very helpful.
Great location, very quiet apartment with Belcony. Upon arrival, I couldn't have reached my host, no whatsapp, calls, a message on Booking helped. I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes which is not optimal after coming tired from the airport. It needs some renovations, but overall was a fine place. The mattress was very soft for my linking. At the last day, the host kept my baggage for a day and I easily picked it up in the evening.

Excellent location, amenities, very helpful and friendly host, the condo has an excellent swimming pool and gym, 24-hour convenience stores in the building. Spacious studio with excellent air conditioner and polished furniture. Fantastic stay.

Japan- I could not see the twin tower from my room - I could not use to pay the hotel fee by credit card (I wanted to know before I went there) - I waited for the stuff one hour or more the night before
- Location was so good, because there was near LRT and MRT stations - There was supermarkets (shopping mall) by 10~15 minutes walks (one station by LRT and two station by MRT) - I could cut mangos and warm dishes by microwave in the room - The stuff returned deposit (200 MYR) the night before, because my fright was too early morning
