Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved the location, near everything in a walking distance, a mall, patonas towers... I loved the swimming pool, the fitness center. There is also à small store downstairs that makes it great. Thankfully we had to go back to KL a week later and managed to get the money back, but the entire process and behaviour of the property manager was unacceptably unprofessional.

Great location either you pick Ascott or this. These are three buildings overlooking Petronas. This one has very nice pool and bar and also second pool on roof top. Rooms are comfortable. Just don’t take room overlooking main road, it was a bit noisy.

United KingdomRemember this is not a hotel but apartments tower, so make sure you WhatsApp well in advance the local contact to confirm your booking and total fee to pay, you will have to pay in cash. Same applies before you check out. We did this and local contact was at reception at agreed times to check in/out. Worth mentioning there are two apartment towers, so confirm with your local contact on which tower you are staying 1 or 2, so you can tell your taxi or transport which tower to drop you off, as there are two separate receptions.
We had a short stay of 3 nights. We had one bed apartment, big enough for a couple, AC in working order, extra clean set of towels delivered the next morning. Positives: Location, very close to Petrona towers, 5 mins walk. Gives you a chance to walk at late eve or early morning to view take some pics and avoid the crowd. Also walking distance to shopping area Pavillion and local food street market, about 20-30 mins. At peak hours traffic is really bad so worth taking a walk. The swimming pools and bars are a big plus. One on the rooftop on 69 floor and 6 floor. Worth nothing we went during Ramadan month so it was fairly quiet, we got to enjoy the pool every night, open 7-10pm daily, not crowded.
