The television's not working but because we have other things to attend to I forgot to inform the reception for the maintenance staff to come and check it.

Got upgraded or given complimentary room from studio to Deluxe King Suite. And just 4 minutes to Kota Iskandar, where I had to work on a Sunday morning. The location of this hotel is conveniently situated near eateries, park, spa and small shops.

*In an odd neighborhood. For example, there are no banks. The only ATM machine is a ten-minute walk away at the ferry boat terminal. (There's another ATM in a government office, but that place is closed evenings and weekends.) *The Grab car service is a challenge. When everyone is checking out at noon there aren't many taxis available. It took me almost an hour for a car to finally accept my request and show up. All the other guests were having the same problem. Leave yourself enough time for this inconvenience or you might miss your flight at the airport if you don't plan for this delay. It's a very "out-of-the-way" hotel location. It's a convenient location to Legoland, but not to downtown Johor Bahru.

*Staff is helpful and friendly. *The suites are large and comfortable and have nice kitchens if you want to cook something. *The place is pleasant overall with the needed amenities.

A wider breakfast selection would be great, but generally have no complaints.

I took a 2-bedroom suite and it was very spacious, complete with living room, kitchenette, washing machine and iron board, and even a small balcony with the sea view. Rooms and toilets were clean. Breakfast was ordinary, though value for money at 28 RM. The freshly brewed coffee was great, and the chocolate croissants exceeded expectations, and the egg station was always great for breakfast. It was also refreshing to have fruits. Harbour wiew from the infinity pool was great, especially at sunrise. Staff was very courteous and even greeted and saluted me at the carpark.

quite far from Johor Bharu-about 30mins drive to the centre but if the surrounding area is very convenient as there are many restaurants and cafes.

The room is spacious, with kitchenette, clean room. went to the gym- clean, and machines looked new.

Our room was ok. Clean utensils and furniture but the floor is not vacuumed properly as there were still hairs on the floor. The pillows were disappointing cause it is not fluffy and the foam has thinned. Seems that they have not changed a new pillow for a long time. But overall we had a good stay

Came during the CNY so there are food festival going on nearby. Happenings and burstling nights. Good restaurants nearby too is a big plus.

Comforter and Bed has bad smell despite changing. Extra Charging for KeyCard lost.

This Hotel is Situated in the Lifelier area of a "Ghost Town" . Pool was Good with awessome view. Room Balcony has an Open View.

This time the wifi seems to be very lagged. We have to use our roaming data. Cant even connect stably while in room. Inroom Tv channel are getting worst...literally an AXN channel and TV1 channel and 1 sport channel.

Im a frequent at your hotel. Love the smiley always staffs.. they are good polite and efficient. Love the security of parking your car..love the location as always...a good place to chill

The swimming pool area could be better well kept. Floor needed a good scrub. My room faced the restaurants so its was a bit noisy at night.

Location is good, right beside good cheap food. My 3 bedder was huge, comes with a washer/dryer and 2.5 toilets. Clean and comfy! Staff was friendly and efficient. House keeping responded fast to requests.
