Breakfast too clouded and it seem everyday are same varieties so recommend different menu as if stay more than 3 days then you will be bored for the same breakfast

Too much people at breakfast You will absolutly need taxi to go somewhere because there is nothing near hotel. Not much help to have a taxi or anything by concierge who is supposed to. I asked to book taxi for airport and he simply Said no. People at desk very Nice no problem apart from that

The location of the hotel is great, situated few minutes walk away from the famous Petronas Twin Towers, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. My room looked nice, was comfortable with a beautiful landscape view of the horizon. The facility has a gym and a rooftop pool which were neat, in good conditions and always well maintained. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of variety to choose from, thanks to the very good Chefs. The staff are the best part of the hotel for me, they are friendly, warm, and helpful. I'd like to thank all the staff for their care and attention, especially to Mudi from reception who helped with my reservation and smooth check-in, Gilbert from Concierge who gave me all the tips and guides to navigate the city, Alam from Housekeeping for always keeping my room in the best condition, Akeel from Food & Beverage for helping with my meals, and Kamarul from the Sky Lounge for keeping my glass full with a smile and nice chats.

It feels like there is no staff that checks what is finished in buffet. Every breakfast (four days) I had to ask to bring some of the finished food 1-3 times. In one of the days, the egg cook told me they don't cook eggs anymore 30 min before the end of breakfast, so I had to call for manager that they make me eggs. They should manage the breakfast better.

Good hotel, pretty comfortable, reasonable breakfast, nice rooftop area and pool. Close to the center, convenient transport link to the airport. I don't recommend a standard room as it closely views just a wall of the adjacent building. Last time I stayed in superior, it was to a river side.

The food in the sky bar was not brilliant and service was extremely slow for how quiet it was. We only went here as arrived so late - but there are lots of alternatives around :) Breakfast was good but was very busy with guests - the same selection of food but over double the floor space would have been ideal. But overall good.

We booked this last minute and were not disappointed. Good location, room clean and good amenities in the hotel. Staff at reception were really helpful and made us up a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. Great view from room. Nice bathroom.

Love the swimming pool on the roof floor where you can see the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Tower while you are swimming. The gym is well equipped. The breakfast place is spacious, and there is a variety of choices. The location is excellent, close to LRT and monorail. The famous food street is only 2 stops away by monorail. KL Zentral stop is only 5 stops away by LRT.

The staff at the reception and the Indian lady with the beautiful Malaysian dress were lovely. I think the chefs need a pay rise I guess. They all looked demure and it felt like they were bored to tears with the routine tasks of cooking and serving. Overall the ladies were super pleasant!

The room was spacious for three people and the shower was amazing. It’s rare to find a big shower cubicle with good amenities. The beds were extremely comfy and the bedside light was genius and saved space.

Housekeeping got forgotten on the first day, but was rectified within half hour of us arriving back in our room although the lady that attended did not seem very happy that I had called reception to let them know. Bath towels were not that soft or large and only 1 provided per person. I did ask first two more but they got taken out of the room again so I ended up going to the top floor and getting pool towels instead and taking them to the room each day. It seemed easier to do this than ask everyday and wait. Given only 1 coffee sachet in room.

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Concierge, front reception and roof bar attendant very friendly. Buffet breakfast was a great variety and good food. Rooftop pool is lovely with great views. Water a good temperature after a humid day travelling about.
