Floor towel was not there. staff was okay, but didn't feel soo welcoming. Room wont be cleaned unless asked.

Location is near Sentral station walking distance , restaurants nearby , hotel and room was clean. Wifi was okay. Room was spacious with two beds. Very good budget friendly hotel value for money spend.

The staff member that was there when we checked in was not very good. When we arrived, there was no one at the check in counter. There was a number to call (no country code, do if you know you know. Ifnot sucks for you). I tried to call using WhatsApp and it wasn't active. I went to the restaurant next door and the man tried to call, and couldn't get through. Finally another guest at the hotel came down and called someone else. Then, the man that should have been at the counter finally came. Later, I ledt and came back, the same sign was up, and I get to my floor and the guy is chilling on the couch chatting it up with someone on the phone. Horrible presentation. The hotel doesn't offer filtered water, other than 2 bottles when we first arrived.

The location was great. Close to KL Sentral and Tun Sambanthan for the train access and a number of bus routes nearby. There are many delicious places to eat in the area. Having the kettle for morning coffee is great! There was an iron and ironing board as well. Very spacious rooms. The windows actually open, so you can air the room out.

The cleanliness of the bedroom because the cleaner was cleaned my bedroom everyday.

The room smelled a bit old, but it goes away after a while. Toilet roll supply was not enough as it was finishing by the time i checked in. There were also some stickers stuck on the wall.

I like that the room was comfortable, has a table, a tv and a toilet that’s clean. The price is also affordable and worth it.

Has the smell of Indian spices from lobby till the bedroom.

Room overall was good. But when we enter the room first we found cotton bud already been use on the table next the cattle and next the bed near the cabinet. -Got hair on floor. -The button to turn on & off at bathtub area not working, only the hot water, bidet oso not working so my husband use from shower room bidet for cold water. After shower we found that the floor wet we trying to find where is the water come up but we cannot find it at all. -the fo supposed to inform us about the room, cause we are not staying here for free. -The WiFi so slow sometimes not working. So we only use our broadband. -We req to make up room since afternoon try to press the button for make up room but button oso not working, we went down to inform the FO but no one standby over there. So I calling the FO (male) answering my call. He said will inform the housekeeping to clean room. But when we went back to room around 5.30pm very disappointed room not clean yet. Then the housekeeping just coming around 6pm for what?? -Got something bad smelly inside the room.

I don't know why but I got a room with no door at the toilet. Water keeps splashing out onto the floor near the bed whenever I use the toilet. Making the floor slippery and not very comfortable to step on.

As a single bedroom, the room is quite huge and spacious. There's also a small freezer which is quite nice and also coffee mix provided. With the price given, I think it is very reasonable.

The light at room really dim, please Add lamp at bed side, the wifi is very slow I cant connect wifi, and the room not very sound proof cause I still can hear room beside mine has sound of tv.
