There was no drying rack for towels. For 1 night, we managed, so it was OK.

We liked the host very much. Mr. Suresh, who was our host, was also our tour guide for the mossy forest. He took personal care for his guests and explained everything in detail about the forest and tea plantation. His family was so helpful and caring.. we liked the coffee corner downstairs where we could eat and have coffee and relax.

The location if there is jam then need to jam quite a bit.

Nothing. But the walk back from town was up a fairly steep hill, which was OK as it was a short walk.

The location, the friendliness of the staff, they made us exceptionally welcome. The balcony overlooking the trees. Very calm atmosphere able to sit out in the garden area and have free tea and eat your own food. The facility to get washing done was great and cheap. The organised tour round the Mossy Forest and tea factory was great. Good for walking into town and getting to the walks.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely stay, was very clean and staff very friendly. The garden outside is nice to relax and have a cup of tea. This accommodation is good for travellers who like peace and quiet. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable.

A few things could be improved in the rooms, for example, the quality of the towels was very poor and we did not have any bedside tables or lamps. Overall, good value for money though.

Good location five minutes walk from the main street (although the last minute is very uphill), very friendly staff who arranged some same day laundry for us, lovely terrace area to relax after a day exploring, nice atmosphere at the hotel

Should change the towels to a more fluffy one. Internet was working for about a few hours but was working after that. Next to the premise is a school hostel - will be noisy at certain times of the day.

Just a 5 min walk away from a slew of restaurants, a nice park with running and cycling path, coffee shops, convenience stores, banks and evening market. Premise is a huge bungalow, very clean and well kept with ample private parking. Staff and owner was very friendly and courteous.

I wasn't comfortable with the house rule that you had to take off your shhoes indoors.

The location is quiet up a small hill from the centre of Tanah Rata. When I asked the manager to get me a bedside light she went out and bought one.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The snacks and drinks available were very reasonably priced along with the free tea and coffee facilities down stairs. The highlight for me were the tours available through the Guest house. Guided by Suresh, a very knowledgeable and passionate local we were introduced to the local flora with detailed explanations. I loved the coral hill tour. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the Cameron highlands.

Location was great and quiet. Staff was very friendly and smiling. The Guesthouse values silent hours in the night. There was free water and tea at the terrace. After a few minutes walk you reach the first restaurants and shops in the village.

Clean spacious room. Balcony was so peace. Hot tea available at any time in room or cafe. Reheating food using microwave also very good. Can also toasting bread. Wow. Nice place to have breakfast, with the flower plants, good weather, so lovely. Very close to Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Cameron Highlands. Food Panda rider can easily reach the hotel. Car park available.

Nice and comfortable guest house. The host, Jessie, has been really helpful. I booked the Mossy Forest tour with them and it was great with a lot of informations about the forest and plants. I fully recommend it.
