The omelet's station is having a higher que. Only 1 chef is handling this station. The hotel need to think a way on how to improve this. The toothbrush is very hard and i am not comfortable using it. Please change it to a better quality toothbrush.

The king size bed is very comfortable and the 2 bedrooms is very good for family oriented travelers, The apartment is equip with all the necessary amenities. Finally the breakfast. they have a wide choice of varieties. Western and Asian cuisine. Will come again.

It was a quick weekend getaway for us and the room was amazingly cozy and comfortable. I wish we had a room with a nice view but it was not a priority. All TV channels works well too. Our room didn't include breakfast so we can't feedback on that. I wish the check-in time can be shifted to earlier than 3pm because we don't get to rest much with the 12 noon check-out time.

On our second day we went out all day, came back tired around 4pm, ready to shower and take a nap but the room wasn’t cleaned up yet by housekeeping. You would think that it would have been done since we were gone almost the entire day. So we went down to have a coffee when I asked to them to arrange to room. After we came back in the room at around 17:00 there was drilling going on which was very noisy.

Check in time was a bit longer. We took more than half an hour.

The yoghurt ice cream machine and toaster are not working. I was disappointed. Overall is ok.

Just that our room was a bit diff from our last stay at Pullman. The room was quite old.

Always love the warm service from Pullman. Was there for my birthday and they sent us a complimentary cake to our room 😄

We got the room on the 17th floor and was pretty surprise the room is relatively old, unlike the 1st impression we had when we first arrived at the lobby. Our check-in took a while as the front desk officer couldn't find our booking in their system and have to create a new booking. Although the hotel provides 24-hour room service, apparently, only certain items are available in the menu. Went on and ordered room service for breakfast as we were really hungry after a 4-hour ride but was told all their room service staff were busy preparing for breakfast at their restaurant and no one is available to take our order. We have to wait 45mins-1hour if we still wanna order room service. Alternatively, we were told to come down to the restaurant to have breakfast. This wasn't informed when we checked in. Not a pleasant experience with their room service. Thankful for Grabfood!

The hotel lobby seems to be newly renovated. It's very nice and looks very new! It's like you step into a 5-star hotel. The location is great! Walking distance to Pavilion and easy to get food. They have free parking for guests which is a plus point for us.

Breakfast while extensive in choice- quality not on par for 5 star hotel. Staff very lacklustre- poor supervision.Room cleaning needs to improve.

Beds & pillows very comfortable. Excellent pressure in shower &. Taps.Location very central. The bridge through Banyan Tree hotel next door to Pavillion Mall so convenient , clean & safe due to guards.Big Tv with decent channels in english.Good & rapid checking in & checkout. location was excellent as it is a walking distance to the Pavilion mall. The rooms upto 19th floor are not really good as they are old brown furniture's and the carpets in the corridor don't appear to be very clean etc. from 1st May, I changed floor to 22nd floor and definitely much better furniture's and lighting. The elevators need regular cleanliness. Breakfast was ok, we had food poising the three of us we think from the fruit salad. Another evening I order room service vegan hamburger and I also had again food poisoning.

Bed was quite hard, and one day the water was turned off and barely received any notification in advance. Should have been communicated better, and offered a solution.

The room was spacious and clean, with good closet space and a spacious bathroom. The pool area was very nice, and pool bar had good food and service. Breakfast was okay.

Staff I lobby lounge bar at night had no idea about wine or cocktails, they could not understand and many guests were agitated.

Fridge was locked when we arrived so we had to call the concierge to come up and unlock it, plus the chaise longue had stains on it. We visited the same hotel a year ago and had a nicer experience that time so was a little disappointed this time round. There were no bathrobes in the room which we had the last time we visited...not sure if this is the new standard or if it was linked to the room we had.

We were able to remain in the car park a little after check out which was very convenient for getting some lunch. Also the bed was very comfortable and a decent size and the shower was very powerful. The location of the hotel was also excellent with lots of local amenities a short walk away
