Everything is good, up to standard.

We stay at level 5, the house is clean but not perfect, I like the layout of the house.got towel, very minimalist there is no unnecessary deco. Is a good stay for 1 night.

With a little improvement and gesture such as placing with a box of face tissue, coffee or tea sachet sellection, take a good look on the water heater faucet because it can't hook properly on the hook..I guess it will boost out a great rating for your business. After all it has a great and spectacular scenery during sunrise..

Great place because surround with convenience store. Eatery area with a lot of food selection. Just s few walk to cat house, secret garden (night), butterfly zoo and zoomania good for kids exposure..

it is a big appartment, fits for a group of 6 people without any problems. the furniture looks new and taken care of. location is also nice and car parking was not that difficult. there is always someone at the reception for help.

Info: - need to pay 100rm deposit before checking in. - no toaster. - only 1 towel per person, for 4 days. - exit is through car park, up a ramp. - no water machine or filter. Bring your own bottles. Cons: - mattresses are too thin, springs digging into back. - not enough towels or pillows. - Everywhere in the apartment is a list of charges. Locked cupboards with threats to guests. Very uninviting and threatening. - Some staff such as Sabrina are so rude. - wanted late check out and it was possible, as they agreed, but 50rm per hour. They didn't say 'no' because of next guest, but just to get more money out of us! - parking is difficult as it's not assigned and always full. - living room has seating for 3 which isn't enough when it's an apartment for 6. - microwave was burning and faulty and wasted my time in getting it replaced.

- master room’s fan wasn’t working but luckily the air in the night was cold (management did suggested to switch unit for us but we didn’t want to cause it was inconvenient for us to pack and move again). But it was fine. And it magically start turning on the second day. - since the building was surrounded by nature and located on top of the hill, please expect bugs infestation during the night. Luckily the property has bug net prepared so it was fine too. Just a few managed to enter.

Not the fault of the operator but there's smell coming out of the sewerage.

The unit assigned to us; A707; was an end unit so, we got two balconies to enjoy the surrounding panorama.

Very nice place to stay, so convenient near to kea farm. Water heater also function well and muslim friendly. Will stay here again next visit.

Really loved our stay, unit was spacious and clean with a great view, suitable for a big family. Everything is great, good location near access to eateries & tourist attractions. Check in was easy, free parking and super friendly responsive host. Recommended!
