The pool was nice but need to improve the condition. The pebbles started to fall-out. Yet the beach is awesome.

Love the resort - location, facilities, beach, convenience. Great service, friendly accommodating staff. My repeated stay this time. Quieter than Teluk Nipah area. Enjoy the beach early in the morning.

Atleast put one sports channel. Don't say women sports channel is sport channel. I mean REAL sport channel and also include one movie channel

The room we had was right in front of the swimming pool...the patio with a table & sitting chair. The Chinese seafood restaurant is just a walking distance.

Noisy weekenders staying in the hotel ranging from groups of singletons to family members diving in the pool for over an hour despite three signs prohibiting this. Couples shouting at each other on the staircase and laminate wooden floors amplifying the noise when people were walking around. Restaurant disappointing french fries for breakfast !!!

Directly next to the beach.where there were plenty of trees giving access to shade under the intense sun Near to restaurants , duty free shop and supermarket Quiet during the week , ideal for a peaceful swim

Since it was the fasting month, breakfast selection were limited but it was tasty.

Easy access to the beach. Clean beach and clear water, ideal for swimming. The hotel garden was beautifully kept. Beautiful varieties of flowers and palms. It was like a mini paradise. Kudos to the gardeners! I enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. Friendly staff. Seafood restaurants within walking distance were plenty.

Nice and comfortable place just few steps to the beach. Clean rooms with a good service in the lobby, beautiful garden with a clean swimming pool.

The aircond was leaking. Entire room felt sticky. Told the housekeeping to wipe the room again. Toiletries were provided but there was no room slippers and toothbrush. Despite asking we didn’t receive one. Busy season … holiday time

No car park which we only realised when we reached the hotel.

The location is right at the beachfront and very close to many eateries. One of the rooms is conveniently located on the first floor. The rooms are cozy and the hotel is clean.

The bed mattress is springy. The water in the swimming pool is somewhat unusual with a kind of odd taste when it enters the mouth.

Its beachfront location is superb. Rooms were very clean. The restaurant even had hornbill feeding sessions.

Front desk Reception - I feel they can be more helpful when customer ask for something or information. At least say that you will try to find out or something like that. Dont just say "I dont know", "No" etc. Its a typical Malaysian way of answering and it just shows you dont care! Come on la... Go Beyond the Customer Expectations once in awhile. You might even get compensated well for a good gesture.

Stayed here for 4 Days 3 nights and its not our 1st time. Its a home away from home for us and we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Pangkor Island. However I feel there could be some upgrades made to some of the rooms. 1) Aircond to be serviced regularly 2) To ensure TV works well and original or properly program remote controls is provided 3) The room we stayed in had a musky/roach odor which can be masked with Air freshener 4) The toilet bowl can be upgraded to something newer perhaps The above are just a few suggestions to consider. Overall keep up the good work and the food variety is good as well.

You announced after confermation of my booking not refoudable that swimminig pool under reparto. I w ont trust you any more. Anycase it was working in that time.
