Some fittings in the room need to be fixed.

A helpful and polite receptionist who answered questions patiently. Room is clean and the rooftop (pools and hangout chilling spot) is the Bonus.

Staff could have been more helpful when calling for a taxi to take us from the hotel. Instead the staff just called the taxi and upon getting an engaged tone, just told us to head out to the taxi stand some several hundred metres away with our luggage

The Room Electrical items were well maintained, bed was in good condition and clean. Room was clean. Toilet was clean and hot water worked well.

It’s just a bit far from the beach.. i think more than 100 metres. Since it was a rainy days, so a bit difficult especially with 4 kids.

My stay at the MNY was fantastic. Me and my family stayed there for 3d2n and it was great. Only on the 2nd day the lift breaks down and we have to climb the stairs but overall it was good stay and will definitely be repeating it again. Thanks MNY. Good hotel.

The shower isn't really practical designed, as the whole bathroom gets full of water while showering/ wash out the sand. The shower curtain should be placed a little bit lower, to stop the water. The walls are pretty thin. We had bed luck and the guests next to our room had the TV on the whole(!!!!)night. Of course no one could sleep. That's not the hotel problem necessarily, just wild guests that don't care about others. The air conditioner is as well not really good placed, as the cold air is hitting directly the bed. You want to cool down the air, not get a cold.

The staff was friendly and helpful.They reacted fast to our request( for organizing a taxi, for giving directions, etc). The location is good, close to the street market, to the beach.

It would be better if the roof top is open during night time.

1) Rooftop swimming pool. 2) Location- near to coral bay and easy to find supper around there. 3) Free parking at that crowded area. 4) High water pressure with rainfall faucet 5) can watch hornbills during early morning

they try their best but the quality of the build is really worn out, air conditioners weren’t really cold, window was cracked, swimming pool had many broken tiles, front counter had tiles all popped off, really quite dangerous for the children. at least pool water looked clean.

it was clean and private and quite comfortable (rooms and beds) located in a nice place, quick walk from the main action beach and food street. hornbill feeding just down the road. pool was nice on the top floor so there was a great view.

Reception area need to upgrade the air cond..very warm especially during afternoon time..my room no 105 air cond not enough cool Hopefully management can look on that..other than that everything was good.. l

Helpful staff n friendly.. really happy with the service..keep up staff.walking distance around 5-7 min to the ⛱️🏖️ in front of the beach a lot of shop selling food n etc
