- some staff English wasnt too good, he had some trouble understanding my questions - the pool was okay, abit small

- the road leading back to the hotel from central KL was blocked at night, grab has to make a huge loop/detour to get back to the hotel. - breakfast was lacking variety and meat. maybe because it was a weekday, also fasting period. - love that the sink, shower and toilet are separate

Really limited choice of channels. It said that it has Axn and other channels but didn't work until my last day (after I complained).

Nice and quiet. Not for those who want to be in a happening place. It does however have a mini mall in front of it with a rock climbing place, laundromat, Mr DIY, a good Korean restaurant and Texas fried chicken. The room service was very good.

toilet in the room is not giving privacy & food(breakfast) need to improve(main dish noodles - make sure not overcooked or thicken while it served on the table)

there is no hook provided in the toilet...so not convenient to take a shower. u need to put the towel outside

1) Only given one acces card. Quite inconvenient if some of members go out while others stay at hotel room. Have to ask hotel staff to use the lift - inconvenience to both guest & hotel staff. 2) Amenities only given upon request & only delivered to my room after my second request.

The facilities & the environment are excellent. Room cleanliness also superb.

I liked the room & location as close to Stadium Malawati. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices.

The location is so far from the city center, there was a nearby "mall" but with limited options for dining. I don't like the elevator and the hallway.. it was too warm, like there's no AC at all! The weather is already humid and warm! Also, the room is not soundproof at all, the other guests were so noisy and you can hear everything. I must be just so tired that I fall asleep when there was someone singing karaoke or something. Airport transfers fee are is massively expensive, I have no choice as I don't trust the Grab app / drivers (for safety reasons).

I booked this hotel because I thought it is near the concert venue, but heck it is almost like 20 mins away! It is affordable for two nights stay. Breakfast is also good. Bed is huge ( I am 180 cm) and security wise as a woman, I felt safe. If you need stuff like dental kit, slippers etc, you need to send them an email in advance to let them know you would want it. They were pretty quick to send it over to me after checking in. The hair dryer is at the bottom drawer of the bathroom sink. Most people doesn't like the open style bathroom, it is acceptable if you're solo in the room. The toilet and bath area has separate doors. I didn't encounter what other travelers have complained about bad smell, maybe I just got lucky with the room I got in the 4th floor? Water is provided but I didn't really took it as I have my own bottles straight from my flight. Will I stay again? Not really sure, but if the concert will be held at the same venue (Indoor Stadium Malawati), I might stay here again.
