Maybe can improve the food in terms of taste. I ordered room service and the food was kinda bad - the cake was dry and felt like it was made and kept in the fridge for a long time (not freshly baked). The fried rice tasted ordinary, sambal was good

The only downside was the parking as you need to drive up to the 6th floor and above for the hotel guest parking and that's was a bit of a hassle. Other than that it's totally a nice and comfortable hotel.

We stayed 3 Days and 2 Nights and it very comfortable stay. We love the room as it was very clean and nice.

I thought the breakfast selection was poor, particularly the processed foods. In the tray. Selection was not of this type of hotel. The restaurant looked very nice, staff good. Setting aside processed canbed items the rest was good enough. Coffee machine put out a good capuchin. Gym unattended and no Airton.

Large spacious room, best power shower, complimentary cokes, water, slippers, good selection of quality tea coffee. Helpful staff at reception , conciage, gate, resturant and housekeeping . I am very happy with stafsf behaviour. Convenient location in an up market residential location. Taxi fare to Airport 38 RM.. Gurney drive 10 min, Island Hospital 9RM 10 min. Rooftop pool was good Suze.

The breakfast place, choices of food were limited and very rude staffs. The staffs were not welcoming at all.

the variety of breakfast is less

the bed and pillows are the so comfort, we had a quiet and peaceful night. Bath bomb has been provided in the bathroom which is quite a surprise. Plenty of carpark.

Good service, very clean. Very enjoy with the coffee marker machine. This time stayed in the King Suite. Very satisfied. There are a bathroom, a toilet. a dining table, and a small living room. In the bedroom, there is also have a sofa, a TV, and a mini bar. The King Suite also provides a coffee maker machine and a tea set.

I booked and stayed 1 week at the Jazz Hotel Penang. The hotel room was spacious compared to other hotels I had looked at within my price range. It was close to the beaches, restaurants, and tourist sites. If you are into the party scene. A short taxi ride to the main bars and entertainment areas. Within the hotel complex: several restaurants with the Japanese restaurant without a doubt being the best! A coin laundry if you are there for a few days. A large grocery store and shopping center across the street. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came everyday.

Breakfast spread was not bad however we got some food that were spoilt like chicken meatloaf and watermelon. Nasi lemak was really nice and the chicken was fried by batches however what disappointed us was the kitchen staff controlled on the portion of the chicken that we should get for nasi lemak.

The room we got was really spacious with sea view and staff was very attentive to our requests. The jazz theme makes the hotel unique and interesting. Love the pool however gym equipment can be improved.

- The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. - I love their bathtub and they give free bathbomb. - They fulfil my request for a baby cot. Even after the baby cot was placed the room still had space for a praying mat. - They also provide the room with a kettle, hairdryer and chiller. - Parking is available inside the building. You need to use the TNG card and every time you go out from the parking, you need to go to the hotel lobby and validate the card so that you won't get charged for the parking fee.
