Only 8 people allowed in the pool/waterpark at one time and limited to 1 hour- this should be informed before booking or at least before non refundable period so can be taken into consideration before booking. Found 2 cockroaches in the apartment

The was a fishy smell in the apartment when we checked in. There was a limit of 6 people allowed to enter the pool/theme park and for only one hour. Although it was reasonable, but I felt that this was supposed to be informed before booking or even before the non refundable period. Deposit was not returned on time, to be specific one day late.

The mini waterpark was really fun for the kids. The rooms are neat. Pool was nice.

The host is quite considered, provided the basic necessity for us. The property is decorated nicely & comfy. The location is slightly far from the town, about 15 mins (without traffic jam) driving distance but there are some convenience stores just right below the property.

Saw some foam stain in the shower room. Perhaps to check thoroughly throughout the house before leave to the guest.

Maybe the host can add additional lock at the sliding door to the balcony (install it higher so that kids can't reach it).

1. No view ( unit is facing car park area). It's ok if you are staying for only to sleep and to avoid highway crazy traffic jem.

A bit hassle to queue and register at the guard house to park inside the Apartment.

The 3 bedroom and 2 baths apartment were spacious and comfortable with dining & living area with kitchen amenities, fridge and washing machine. No microwave but we requested and was available during our stay.

Easy to find, literally in front of the shop lots and the place where the key need to be picked up from. The accomodation site are convenient. The instruction given by host is also clear and easy to follow. Places are clean and well equipt.

Very clean, dedicated parking lot, security, 7km to town. Food shops just outside of apt area, walking distance. 3 rooms, mini kitchen w filtered water dispenser, fridge, washing machine, TV. Air conditioned rooms. Has a mini pool park., nice pool and gym.

The security guard ... There will be one monitoring the swimming pool... extremely annoying... Even when u wore proper attire, will constantly bug ur life not to use children's waterpark facility...you can't even accompany ur little ones up the slide staircase which is made of metal... When I asked whether management Will take responsibility if my child fell on slippery metal staircase and injure themselves, the security guard will give dumb smile... You are not allowed to touch that mini seasaw also in the waterpark... Except kids... ANNOYING!!!!!!! And they close early than the stipulated time...10.30am..open at 8am... Supposedly close at 12 but no reason given...chased us out from swimmjng pool
