How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Small size toilet & glass panels - need to book second room because not comfortable being with a male friend.

no nearby local mamak shop or small loaal food stores. and diy coin laundry is far away hae to board bus as such might not be suitable for long stayers (i stayed for 2 weeks)

Only complaints I have was 1) the water temperature was hard to adjust and if I did adjust it took a long time to change 2) no room on the sides of the basins to put my personal things like shaving cream, tooth brush, etc.
Everything was quite new and gym was good.

Pool definitely needs hand rail for older less mobile people. A comfortable chair to sit in..not everyone can lie on bed to watch TV.

Location - Bit far aways from the city. But it jas a hugh mall next door and easy access to MRT station
Staff - Harry is one of a kind. Friendly and always able to do the best. Rooms - spacious and clean

It was a bit hard to figure out the light switches since there were so many different lights. The light under the sink was a tricky one to figure out! After a while my friend found out that it could be turned off from her bedside. Would have been better from the sink area. Which is in the room. The toilet and shower is behind a frosted glass door, if you have privacy concerns, look elsewhere 🤣 I didn't mind it that much though. The beds were a bit hard.
Large room with a nice view from the 16th floor. The room was modern and had good lighting. There were also some extra touches like a steamer instead of an iron, and a lamp with a wireless charger. The TV is a Samsung so you can mirror your screen if you have a Samsung device. But there were some English movie channels as well. The staff was friendly. Definitely value for money! It's next to a mall, EkoCheras, with a supermarket, restaurants (Mostly Chinese). There is another mall within walking distance through a tunnel, called Leisure Mall. It's also close to public transport.

we had to drive all the way up to the top floor to park and then use the lift to get to the lobby.

Housekeeping was inconsistance, as some days room was well cleaned and some days were not clean properly. Water pressure was not good in my shower, but was ok the other time when I stay in the same hotel.
Great location with a mall attached, bed was comfortable and windows view outside was unblocked. Easy to get grab car and the mall had lots of option for food.

The hotel was good. My only complaint is with booking.com, I was forced to book a higher price room when I was checking the availability, but a cheaper room appeared available just next day when I checked.

1. Don’t state availability of iron in your amenities if required to request to receptionists. 2. Took long time to deliver request. Eg. My room in your amenities state that in the room have Nespresso Capsule but when i enter the room, it was not provided. I request to receptionist on the evening (6 pm) and room service send to me on late nite (12 am).
All good except room service.

Queue for check in. Supposed 3pm but when arrived no room available.. still in housekeeping.. for me it's not good for customer who travelling from long distance.. I have to wait 1hrs for check in and on the same time my kid tantrum cause tired and need rest at hotel.. the sadness is I have to call hotel to ask for check in..nobody call me for room

The lack of space at the shower door and toilet bowl means that it might be a squeeze to open the door. Other than that I was ok with everything.
The hotel is linked to the Ekocheras Mall which is really convenient for our shopping needs and latenight karaoke. The room was spacious, and it came with 5 eletrical outlets below the tv, 2 of which are international plugs so other travellers with lots of gadgets to charge don't have to worry.
