There was nothing to dislike. The only thing that was a let down was that the bar, though beautiful, was always empty which was a little depressing

The hotel opened recently so some things were still being refined, nothing major to note however.

Stylish hotel at a very convenient location with nice views of the KL tower and park. The staff was very friendly and professional, service was excellent. I had a king corner room which was fantastic, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Also liked the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

-hotel is located exactly near KL Tower, 10minutes walk to Pavillion shopping mall and street full of local food -breathing design of the room: lots of small things are thought over carefully (nuts, fruits, small towels, tea, games, etc) -the bed is wonderful, very nice pillows -restaurant works till late time, so you can order in room -they provide you with bottled water -hairdryer is very powerful-nice for long hair

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and an extensive breakfast buffet (a few more vegan options would be desirable here), as well as a rooftop pool and gym. We recommend choosing a corner room as they offer an excellent view of the city.

Absolutely fantastic place. We took a corner room at a higher floor and the view at the city (including Merdeka 118) through floor to ceiling windows was fantastic. That view was also available from the bathroom. :) The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good and varied. The location was fantastic, just at the KL Tower, a few minutes walk from Petronas Towers and the city center and about 20 minutes walk from Pasar Seni. The swimming pool at the roof was also a fantastic place to get some relax.

Location of the hotel when booked on Grab/Maxim takes the car to the back side of the hotel. Also if walked from the nearest monorail station, it's quite a hike to reach the hotel and not recommended with kids and luggage. Would love to have a refreshing welcome drink after reaching by walk.

Breakfast was good however I came to know only on the last day that they serve the Famous The Tarik.

The valet parking is a no no, I dislike. Every day I want to go out I have to pay RM20 for the valet. The hotel should compensate for that like any other hotel. The breakfast buffet is okay but need more selection.

Usually most of the hotels can waive parking fee but they charge guest for parking, bad first impression, lousy breakfast and very limited option.
