Hotel staff must be more friendlier than this and they should be able to communicate in English properly. And the lifts should be clean more often.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by a significant issue with the elevator service. One of the elevators was out of service for 24 hours, causing inconvenience to guests, especially with the influx of foreign tourist groups. The overcrowding of the remaining elevator made it difficult for guests to access their rooms on the 11th floor efficiently. This experience greatly detracted from the overall satisfaction of the stay. To improve, the hotel should invest in regular maintenance and possibly install additional elevators to accommodate the high volume of guests, ensuring smoother and more efficient service.

I stayed at this hotel yesterday and was impressed by its cleanliness and strategic location. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Despite being a budget option, the hotel didn't compromise on cleanliness, which was commendable. Its strategic location made it convenient to access nearby attractions and transportation hubs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and affordable accommodation option.

Mosquitos. It's everywhere in the town, not hotels fault I think.

It's a very functional hotel, very good for few nights stay while you are in town for business and gonna spend all your day outside.

It has a good location near Chinatown. The MRT and LRT are about a 10-minute walk away, and Seven-Eleven is nearby. The room was nice, and some of the staff were friendly.

The room wasn’t as clean as last time. Coffee mugs had coffee stains. Bed sheets and towels had stains. Dirt around furniture such as desks, beds and chairs. Bathroom and toilet weren’t clean and had stains

it did not meet my expectations. the room looks different from the picture being advertised by Booking.com. the hotel isle is not well lit, looks kind of old. also, in our room, it only has one socket for the normal charger so pls bring an adaptor or extension maybe with multiple sockets 🤣 i mean why is there only one socket when they know people nowadays have multiple gadgets to charge 😂 they also have no room slippers location, you have to ready doing walking bec it requires a lot of walking to get to the bus or train stations and other attractions/ restos. at night and u feel hungry, there was only one or two restos open around the area

The TV didn't work, couldn't use the remote to do anything. Pillows too thin, should provide more. Water pressure was slow. The location is also not too good, quite far from any LRT/MRT/monorail stations. Driving would be tiresome as the main road was always busy

Nice spacious rooms with window view, bathroom is good, situated in good location, a bit pricey, but worth it, will recommend it, can get paid even for half day stay with half amount of room cost
