1 of the queen beds was too soft. I felt like drown inside the bed and did not sleep well. The other bed was quite ok.

There is a small garden in front of the Inn which provides a little quiet corner with some beautiful flowers and hanging plants.

The bed I could feel the matress spirngs in my ribs. The worst part was leaving footwears downstairs and wearing the slippers provided by the hotel that were not in good condition.

There are no shoes allowed inside which is fine but the metal stair grippers really hurt my feet and I didn't want to wear the shared flip flops

The room we booked wasn’t available so we were “upgraded” but this meant not having a balcony which was one of the key reasons for booking this hotel. Shower took a while to heat up and wasn’t particularly hot, but not the end of the world by any means. There isn’t a lift, which wasn’t an issue for us but be mindful of this when booking if this would be an issue as we were on the third floor.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, comfortable stay. Spacious room and hotel was cool enough to be ok without aircon in the room (just a fan).

Very beautiful Inn. Clean, no shoes allowed in the room floors. Breakfast available and very tasty. Staff helped us book a day trip around Cameron highlands, very helpful. Also recommended us places to eat.

the reception staff were helpful when asked about local walks or Trails We checked in early as the rooms were ready. There was breakfast available if you wanted it. It was extra but handy if you didn't want to go out for breakfast. Hillview is an older style guest house set on it own on edge of the main town. It quiet and I would stay there as it has a garden area at front and vegetation around it. Other hotels in town are above restaurants and shops. There is no greenspace around them. They are noisy due to traffic right outside.

I really didn't like lack of air condition. In the room was fan which helps with heat but not with humidity. We had room on last floor with no hill view, with humidity getting into the bedding and bad smelling carpet. I guess that person who change bedding should more look out to not loose hairs...

Location of the hotel is great, 10 min walk from bus station, near to mall, shops and restaurants. In the hotel is nice stuff. You can fill botttle with drinkable water (pity that only on the ground floor), you can eat something and buy a trip. The room was big, there was an electric kettle and hot water in bathroom.

The interior lighthing not that enough, first step in the hotel lobby, feel like so dark 😞, and Motobike parking under roof are so limited, we have 4 Motobike, 2 are park not under roof

Bathroom sink no hot water for the room that I in. Hope can look on bathroom floor due very slippery and the door not sure how to lock it due both side still people can open either from outside or inside.

Good location and easy excess just walking distance to get food. Having my breakfast in the hotel itself and with reasonable price. Room is clean and staff there is friendly also helpful. Recommended for those who want to stay here.

We had a peaceful stay after a terrible night with other property next to Cameron Centrum. This renovated colony building with balcony and natural ambience, certainly value for money.
