1. The parking area was limited and outdoor. When we came during our stay, an event was being held and all parking spaces was full, we had to make rounds and wait for the guests to finish their event. 2. The hotel should change their towels. It's super worn out with holes, yellow, and no longer fluffy, feels like a 10 year old towel. I know it's an old hotel but at least update your towels with new ones. Felt disgusting to use it.

All went well. Especially loved the breakfast selection and atmosphere. Room was cosy and we had a good sleep and will most likely return.

prking space need a little bit bigger especially when someone using 4x4 car eg.landcruiser, less room to open the door wider. During festive season.

Cleanness of the hotel was not meet my expectation. Overall the hotel was clean, but in the room a bit more effort would have been much more appreciated. Please pay extra attention in the bathrooms.

The location of the hotel is great. Restaurant is ok for dinner, but there is only a limited choice for breakfast. Staff is very friendly. They are always smiling and willing to help you if you need any.

Smells good especially walk way to the guess room, no bau hapak. Breakfast is simple but it was perfect, bread toasted, egg, fruits is enough for me.

Room was little outdated and worn, but for the price tag it was really ok. Aircon was effecient, just little bit noisy, but it didn't bother me. Light control and room service/maid buttons were hard to understand first, so I ended up to call maid who woke me up at the first morning really early. And I just wanted to turn lights off but accidently push the "Maid" -button.

Breakfast was diverse, but for European taste there was not too many foods I really known before. But fried eggs and fruits was good and stomach safe start for day. Coffee was also tasteful.

The hotel looks great at night, but that also means every room facing the street has a light on directly outside the window. Not a big issue, but means you need to fully close the curtains at night.

The rooms are in good condition, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is great and would meet most people's food preferences. The pool is small but really well laid out. Whilst it's not in the centre of the city, there's plenty of food choices and options close by. Overall this hotel provides good value for money.

The facilities were under maintenance i.e. Whirlpool (Female Section), Spa, Steam Bath and there's no one in charge of the Sauna, Whirpool section to guide you on how to function the facilities

Basic breakfast was provided (but the taste - nothing that wow us) Bed in our room is comfortable and clean. Room is cozy! Our request for higher floor room were granted. Thank you!
