Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. JapanThe facility is quite old, and you can hear lots of noise from inside and outside of the building. When I stayed the outside was rainstorm, and the noise of rain hitting the roof was quite loud.
It is conveniently located nearby the Sentral railway station, and accessible through a shopping mall, which has a bridge crossing over the road so you don’t need to cross the road with carrying your suitcase.

It's adequate for a one-night stay before departing KL via Sentral; however, for those planning multiple nights or seeking a long-term base for exploring KL, I would recommend looking elsewhere as this hotel may not meet such needs.
This hotel boasts an ideal location for those who wish to reach KL Sentral in just a few minutes on foot. It is designed primarily to accommodate travelers who need to get to the airport swiftly by staying close to KL Sentral and taking the KLIA Ekspres shortly thereafter.

NorwayThe room is very small. We woke up to loud announcements at the adjacent station. One female receptionist is very unfriendly. The hotel was hard to find when we arrived late at night and the shopping centres between the central train station and metro station were closed.
This proved to be a good place to stay extremely close to the city's public transport network. The hotel is right outside a monorail station - you can even hear the announcements from your bed! The majority of the staff are extremely friendly and service minded. It must be one of the cleanest budget hotels I have experienced. Very good value for money.

MalaysiaDifficult to find parking place if you are driving (the places a little bit crowded). I park my car in the underground car park of another hotel behind (need to pay). The room is not spacious but is comfortable to stay.
Very standard hotel with all the basic services provided. The location is very strategic with KL sentral just a walking distance and lots of restaurant and convenient stores around the hotel. It is a good location if you planning to take public transport to go around the KL City.

AustraliaThe room was a bit musty smelling. Sometimes we could smell cigarette smoke but we don’t know where it came from as it is non smoking. We were charged more than the rate quoted, even taken into account the tourist tax but were too tired to question.
It was very conveniently located next to KL Sentral train station and express train to the airport. The laundromat is just around the corner and there were a lot of food choices.

KenyaMy room was right next to the monorail station hence i could hear the noise from the station. Breakfast location was accessible to many walk in guests, with the outside seating being on the street. Minimal breakfast choices - possibly due to budget rate for the hotel.
Clean and cosy room with all amenities a budget traveller needs. I enjoyed the hot showers, coffee facilities in the room and well maintained air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and large with clean beddings. Staff were very friendly and responded to my questions and requests for direction.
