Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GreeceThe apartment wasn’t really cleaned. They didn’t provide us with water towels or toilet paper. We didn’t have towels that required to be able to use the pool. They told us that they has problems with laundry service. To checkout we needed to get out park outside the lobby that was prohibited get up to the room again to leave the keys and down to the car again. Not really good experience.
Very good location big apartment and rooftop pool.

United StatesBooking.com said check out time is 12pm owner of the apartment said 11am. When i told him he asked for the proof then i have sent him the screenshot. Then he agreed and after 12.15 will charge for the late checkout. I was agreed. On next day he reminds that checkout time is 11am. Then i have to go back again to remind his messages. He agreed on it. Also he sends texts that hence its a service apartment not hotel and not charging any cleaning fee we have to remove our trash to the garbage room and have to clean the apartment . Anyhow when checking out when i asked him where to leave the trash he asked to keep it inside the apartment premises. Apart to the owner apartment is nice have clean little more saw a tiny cockroach inside the premises. Location is perfect and amenities are good
The location of the property is very convenient. The pool has nice view to the kl tower.

Singapore1) The appliances in the room (D-25.6) were not working. Despite having a microwave oven and a vacuum cleaner, both were not working during my stay at The Dolphin. 2) The sink in the bedroom toilet was leaking which caused the floor rug to be perpetually wet. As there is no room service provided, we had to make do with what we had. We were unable to clean the room since the vacuum cleaner was not working. 3) As The Dolphin is an AirBnB, we are not considered hotel guests at The Face Suites. When we visited the swimming pool on level 51, we had to bring our own towels. AirBnb guests are not given any towels at the pool. 4) Someone tried to open the main door to the room during one of the nights. The AirBnb apartment does not have a peep hole on the door to view the outside. Hence, we had no clue who tried to open the door. The doors of the hotel rooms (those under The Face Suites) had peep holes on them. But the room we stayed in, the main door did not have a peep hole. 5) As with what other guests have shared, there is a new building right in front of the apartment. Hence, the view of Petronas Towers was blocked.
The location was less than 2km away from Petronas Towers. There is a nearby LRT station (Bukit Nanas station) which is quite convenient. The Face Suites aka The Platinum Suites are both a AirBnb and hotel. Therefore, the facilities such as swimming pool and gym are maintained pretty well. Checking in was a little complicated as my car was not able to get into the resident’s carpark despite having collected the resident’s card and the help from the security guards was to no avail either. Luckily, the host was online in Whatsapp at the moment to guide me through. The entire ordeal took about 30mins.

Except the rooftop swimming,nothing near the displayed pic.Properties are so worn out and poorly maintained: -very hot in the lift and big cockroach -cockroach inside the property one of the bedding was infested by ants -broken washing machine - no hot water -burnt mark on floor -tv in the bedroom was taken out left with the mounting itself -huge watermark big as a 4 people round table as if it is gonna collapsed anytime,sewage smell throughout the property -spare mattresses lying everywhere - broken ironing board - curtain so dirty a lot of small flies around I can’t imagine my family had to bear this so call 4 star property.I contacted them instantly to ask to change to another room, but they have no availability, so I had to cancel the following 3 nights, checkout the very next day and move to another property. Upon mutual agreement they would refund me for the remaining nights we didn’t stay,I tried contacted them and also booking.com but they kept throwing the ball, both parties said they have not receive response.Booking.com assure me they will take this matter seriously and now they sent me an email recommending me to contact the property directly. Very disappointing and totally ruined our holiday.I did want to ruin people’s business so I dun wanna put any bad reviews, but after weeks of liaising between booking.com and the property, I think it’s time to share my experience so that you can avoid it.We got kids and parents with us and we rented two properties,both portly maintained and you wouldn’t expect a big cockroach inside a four star service apartment

SingaporeOnly 1 shower room, not suitable if you have a big group staying together. Booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms, the parquet flooring was bloated and the room door couldn't be opened fully. One of the rooms, the toilet door has no door handle and there was a big hole in it, while the other room, lock was not working. Lift was super slow.

FranceI already stayed in other apartments in Platinum suites and this apartment is not at the same level. We can feel that everything is getting old and it is not well decorated. For the price I don't recommend staying here. The pool floor is damaged, they should repair it.

AustraliaThe dolphin apartment was older than what appeared on the website photos. While the apartment had adequate facilities, this apartment was not well maintained. The doors had dirty streaks, the doorknob to the master bedroom was damaged, the shower floor had mould stains, the sofa fabric was stained, the microwave turntable was missing. The standard of cleanliness was poor and does not reflect it’s 4- 5 star rating.
We liked the location of the building and the parking availability. There was a nice view from the apartment and great views from the rooftop swimming pool.
