Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThis was the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel. Everything was good in our first 2 stays but this time we encountered the following: 1. The housekeeper left our room door ajar and left his/her card at the door slot. 2. The TV screen blacked out a few times with only the sound being heard. We had to switch off and turn on again. 3. We called twice for hand towels but they never came.
The hotel was comfortable, clean and we were given high floor which provided us with a good view.

Booked this hotel because I have a Marriot gift voucher. The parking was bright and spacious with a guard station. Check-in was fast. Lobby was huge and decorated nicely. The room looks exactly like the picture published. Size and layout of room was very comfortable - I like how the toilet roll holder was designed to keep your phone (see pic) LOL! This hotel looks new and is clean for sure. Restaurant is nicely laid out but quiet, and food was unexpectedly delicious, especially the mee goreng! Location was quiet/peaceful with a short 5min drive to Jonker Street. Grab rides are easy to get so you avoid having to find parking. Staff were all impeccably friendly. Special mention to Daniell at front desk - I've had a technical problem with my Bonvoy account setup for years and many have failed to help me. He not only helped me get back access, he explained to me what was the issue (yeah, my fault!) so I know what I can do to fix this in future. Many thanks Daniell! Overall a delightful experience.

The Staff is friendly and hopsitable. Pool was big and decent. Nice view too. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast choices was great.

MalaysiaThe daily room cleaning was late, a couple of time they came late in the afternoon (after lunch) to our room and will not be able to clean properly because we are in the room. I would expect cleaning to be done in the morning. While I stayed for 3 nights 2 of the days it was not properly clean because the house keeping came after we returned from lunch.
The property is new and while I didn’t get a chance to use all facilities the lobby and all other common areas are very new and spacious While I didn’t upgrade I was fortunate enough to get a straits view room - it was really pleasant view from the room. Breakfast was really good variety and tasted good too! Really enjoyed time spent at breakfast and with friends.

Happy with my room overall; it was comfortable and spacious. I especially like that there was good water pressure in the shower without the pressure dropping or water temperature changing when someone flushed or used the tap (not necessarily the occupant in the same room)!
