The parking is a nightmare! Is not well lit and the traffic flow is terrible.

The unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms,hall and kitchen. Location is also quite strategic, makan place is just nearby. The mamak below the building serve decent food

The parking lot was very confusing as the signs were not clear enough. Had trouble finding my allocated parking space because some parts of the parking lot have no signs at all. Not to mention the lights were very dim in the parking lot too and it could be dangerous to drive during the night. Also was told to be able to check in at 3pm but the property was not ready until 3.30pm because cleaning was delayed.

I couldn't say I don't like it but a little suggestion. Keep some coffee packets, tooth brush and tooth paste. That's all. Otherwise all are good.

staff very friendly. its just a little bit challenges in terms of finding the location as the blocks is quite many. For senior citizens who has technology challenges, they might finds it challenging. However all staffs very helpful.

I hope can give 1 or 2 bottles of plain water Because when we arrive quite thirsty. Although there is a kettle but it will take time for the hot water to cool down and drink.

The location is very strategic in heart of JB Surrounded by lots of places to eat. Just go down from the room and you have many options. Water heater, aircondition good not noisy Washing machine and hanging rack provided. The pool is nice. Host is nice ,informative and very helpful. Kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, iron is also provided

Did not inform earlier swimming pool under maintenance. Need to pay rm20/night for additional car to park at visitor.

Could use 1 or 2 chairs at the balcony for us to sit down and take in the breathtaking view. And installing a ceiling fan at the living room will be ideal too for better air ventalation and need not switch on the aircon all day long when its too cold or stuffy.

Although not a big issue, having a water filter would be a bonus. As sometimes when yo arrive late, you may just need to have the water, which makes it very convenient if the units have a water filter.

Nice location, quiet and excellent and well kept house. The staff were very accomodating and easy to follow insteuction. The beds were confy, and the general experience was hustle free. The internet was fast, and there were no dead zones, even in the toilets....

Love the facilities and the view. Love how near the shops were. Love how easy it was to check in having the main office located nearby.

Pest control. Made comments about ants in the kithcen area. No wonder there is aerosol pesticide made handy in the kitchen. Parking instructions are not clear. Entrance and location of parking very confusing. Managed to park at the designated location but occupied much time first to locate entrance, then the designated parking because lack of signages and number reference accept located on the floor. Access to Ground Floor from block 5B. I got myself lost in the property cannot go to GF Lobby to walk to nearby mart. End up taking my car to get myself out of the property and to the nearby mart. The parking around the mart is also a nuisance for me.

It is new property, all the equipment are brand new and well maintained. The sea view is very nice and we love the home arrangements, the living room especially. Check in is seamless even at odd hours. Thumbs up for the ease of the process.

Cooking facilities in kitchen didn't work to accommodate our needs. It was very noisy with traffic noise at night

The mildew smell upon entering the unit, the sense of security was not encouraging with too simple of the entry point, at least additional internal locks on the door, digital lock access and such... overall still fine.
