Overall the facilities are a bit lacking in terms of a hotel, for example we couldn't find hand towels. It was ok though for a short stay.

It offers a great cost benefit and convenience, since it's fairly well located and it has a convenience market inside the building. The pool and the views are amazing as well!

Great infinity pool overlooking the city. Centrally located and easy to get to with Grab. Room was basic but had what you needed for a stay exploring KL.

there was a very old steamless iron in my room. It was impossible to iron the wrinkled clothes. The ironing board is also in poor condition. There is no fence between the toilet and the shower in the bathroom. Therefore, all the splashes of water are flying all over the bathroom, all the water is on the floor, not a very good drain. Therefore, if someone goes to the toilet after you, then they will have to do it standing in the water

Room service and cleaning It wawn't like a hotel to privide routine daily cleaning and room service and also bath amenities. You have to call them and then they provide and it was not logical.!

The rooms are really small, the bed is uncomfortable and loud, the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING from the other room, and the hotel staff doesn’t do basic hotel stuff as making up room, giving water, no coffee, no new towels unless you ask for it (but they don’t take the old one) they only take your trash and give you new toilet paper if you ask

The location is perfect, the view from the room is beautiful, and the pool on the top is awesome

Internet speed was horrible for my room. I was able to send messages from WhatsApp only. Toilet seat was too old and dirty

Few issues upon arrival such as the door not looking from the inside. Informed staff and I was concerned about safety when sleeping as could not lock the door from the inside to which staff responded I would be fine. After complaining about this room was finally changed as the door could not be fixed. Feel as though this should have been the first response rather than trying to provide false security about a broken door.

First day, a staff gave us a dysfunctional room - bidet cord was broken (when we use it, water leaks), room door lock was not working, no amenities such as bottled water, shampoo and shower gel bottle were so small (to use for 3 nights and 4 days????), clogged bathroom sink. We felt disappointed and complained and they gave us new room right away. (Which was good) New room - was dusty, we were not sure if the sheets were cleaned, windows are not cleaned.

1. Location is 14 minutes away to Pavilion by walking or 5 minutes away through Grab 2. Room is new and interior is nice 3. Hot and cold shower 4. Nice overlooking view by the pool area 5. Safe 6. Reception staff are nice 7. Small shop is available

THE CHECK IN TIME WAS 3 PM OTHER THAN 12 PM VARIOUS HOTELS .. I HAVE TO WAIT TOO MUCH AND THE STAFF CHARGED ME 78 MYR FOR EXTRA TAXES AND FEES THIS COST SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHOWN EARLIER WHILE BOOKING HOTEL .. OTHER WISE PROPERTY IS GOOD NICE ROOFTOP SWIMMING POOL NICE VIEW

At busy periods, in the morning when people are arriving and leaving, the wait for the elevators can be quite long.

rm300 (weekend stay) for a nice room with nice trx view. was surprised to have 1 bed + sofa bed + bed at window. got netflix! rooftop is cool with menara KL & klcc view!

I went to go use the pool and there was no chairs available. So I sat at the high chair near the resto (mind you it wasn’t busy at that time). The employee told me I can’t sit there or leave my belongings. I didn’t want to put my bag on the floor and have it get wet. For the amount of people that stay there, the pool area is small and not enough chairs. A little annoying especially when you just want to relax

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is amazing and easy to get around from. Views from the top floor are incredible

my bathroom had no toilet paper or soap which is unacceptable. They play Christmas music constantly on the rooftop (it’s nearly March!)

I only stayed here for the rooftop pool and fantastic view of the city. The rooms were nice and good valu. it’s worth it for one night for the view. They provide pool towels, have a gym.
