The room , especially the bathroom, needed a better clean. It looked as though the cupboards hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. There is absolutely no place to hang your wet towel, which is extremely inconvenient considering they do not clean the room or give freash towels for your whole stay. There are a few hangers in the wardrobe, but nothing for towels We ate at the rooftop bar/restaurant. The "12hr cooked duck" tasted like it was cooked for 12 minutes in the microwave

The location was good, and the room was a good size. The bed was quite comfortable. The pool was nice and refreshing and a decent size, never felt over crowded

The ventilation system in the bathroom could be better. Also, no curtain for the shower, so that everything gets wet when showering. Filtered tap water didn't work. No room cleaning service. The walls might be thin for some people. We could hear every word coming from our neighbour's room.

Pool area is fantastic. The room is cozy with a fantastic view. Bed was comfortable. The staff - although only little contact - was nice.

Ants crawling around everywhere on the desk where I could get ready and also on bedside tables. Also woke to little cockroch type red bugs all over our kitchen unit. The toilet seat had stains on it. We only stayed one night as it was a layover from thailand home, but if we were staying longer, I would have asked to move rooms or be cleaned properly. Was very dusty. The reception was not welcoming at all. Almost felt like we were a burden on them, and we stayed in 12 hotels in the space of our 4 week travel. Only a few sunbeds so you would have to sit on the floor to enjoy the pool and its view. It's such a shame as it's such a pretty spot. Also no safe in the room. It looked to me like they just allowed customers to go straight in after someone checked out.

Absolutely loved the view. Such a lovely spacious room we stayed in. Just an absolute shame that it looked like it hadn't had a deep clean in a long while.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its prime location and stunning rooftop pool overlooking the Twin Towers. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen, allowing us to cook our meals. However, there were a few areas that required attention. The commode seat cover needed replacement, and the bathroom towels could have been cleaner and more plentiful. Additionally, the bathroom itself needed to be kept tidier, as it appeared unclean. Despite these issues, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking cabs for our trips and airport transfers. My husband and I were overall satisfied with our stay, and with a bit of improvement, this hotel has the potential to be even better."

The apartment was dirty (the bathroom, dust on some furniture). The furniture looked quite used. I didn't have luck with the apartment position, the view on the other side was better :( Sometimes there were issues with the wifi.

Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Enough amount of towels. Room had everything you need for living. Great view. Easy check in (and a bit earlier). Cool swimming pool.

Although spacious, the rooms are not the most clean. There were wear and tear marks around the room and the bathroom didn't feel hygienic. No hand soap was provided and very limited kitchen utensils, so if you are planning to cook take this into consideration. More care needs to be taken with the overall cleanliness of the room.

We stayed 2 nights at Ceylonz suites in KL. The property is amazingly located. Around a 15 minute walk to KLCC and the Petronas towers, and a 15 minute walk in the other direction to Chinatown. No need for taxis to get to either of these places, but there is a Grab point at the front which is great for getting quick taxis to the caves, airport etc. The infinity pool and gym facilities are good, and the rooms are pretty spacious.

It was a bit isolated, about a 20-minute walk to Bukit Bitang. The walk was flat. There were no local eating places nearby. The hotel did have a restaurant and a mini-mart.

The room was excellent. The view of KL Tower and Petronas Twin towers was amazing, especially at night.
