Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeI parked in B1 (I thought was B2 as strongly suggested by video) but was mistaken, it's my fault, but a clear guidleine to park at any red lots in B1, B2 & B3 will be most helpful.
There should be clearer instructions for car drivers to park in red lots (this is clear) but instead of suggesting in video to park at B2, just mention can park in red lots only in B1, B2 & B3.

SingaporeOne thing about the room was the smoke detector near the door. It has a green light that is always beaming and we felt that the light was quite flashy and prominent especially after we off all the lights. We did verify with the service crew that the light was normal which they said it was. Hence, if you are sensitive to flashing light, you might want to consider eye mask. There was also nothing much around the hotel to walk and the location is quite out of the way.
The hotel lobby was clean and feels welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable! Hotel’s service was good too, they dropped us a text before the check-in time to let us know that the room was ready while we were out.

MalaysiaThe parking floor design of the building is very complicated. You need to go around the long internal complicated driveway to reach the hotel parking space, and the parking spaces on each floor are limited. Once a floor is full of cars, you have to go around the long and complicated internal driveway again to another floor. It is not convenient to use. The hotel guest lift lobby in basement 3 couldn’t find, unless use the staffs of BOH’s lift. And the signage direction to Hotel lifts lobby not clear indicated. Hope it can be improved.
Room with comfortable size, nice design, the ambiance of the room is great. The room have a small pantry , it very convenient for us to reheat our food order from grab food delivery.

RussiaVery friendly staff, except for one girl in the restaurant who mar us our breakfast and our whole mood for the day! her name is Hani! very rude girl, she didn’t let us come for breakfast until we paid for the child! Although I didn’t find information in the hotel rules on booking.com that I should pay for breakfast for a child, the reception didn’t say the same when we check -in ! We had been eating for two days and no one said anything, but Hani came to replace her and behaved very aggressively and arrogant! Then she started to call the manager and put the phone to my face and demand to talk with him! It is unacceptable behaviour for hospitality personnel! The manager and the rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful and reliable people! Thank you )

Staff is helpful with the ad-hoc requests and also friendly throughout the entire stay period. The room is spacious with a good view and cleanliness is awesome. Location is highly accessible with the shuttle bus services and also walking distance from CIQ and the City Square area malls.
