no pool towels so we had to use the towels from our room and get additional ones every day

staff were very accomodating, gave us late checkout till 3pm for free as we had a restless 3 yr old with us. Made checking out and getting to the airport so easy.

The room was spacious and elegant. The small kitchenette was great. The washing machine was an added bonus . The pool and view were amazing. Zaidi and Nashrah were charming , competent and went out out of their to help .

Could not fault the hotel .. staff or room .. everything was perfect.. location was spectacular.. I requested for a higher floor which they did ! And thank you booking.com for giving me my upgrade being a genius member .. the suite/ one bed apartment I got was amazing!!!

Great cosy/fancy two bedrooms apartment that worked perfectly for our needs. The pool is gorgeous with enough space for everyone. Also the gym has good treadmills. The staff/ security in the lobby were very kind and sweet with out daughter everytime that we pass by. And the location is perfect for shopping

- At times there wasn't any water (shower/kitchen) for a few seconds/minutes. - The infinity pool would be closed for a few days for maintenance, and we were lucky to be at least able to swim on our first day. Better check if this is a must for you.

The breakfast was like in a budget hotel: lousy, bad service and unfriendly staff (no honey, no nuts, no oats, coffee luke warm, no omelette, ...). The staff at the receiption acted extremely unprofessional, unworthy a 5* place. The rooftop pool was out of order during our stay. The lifts colour design is highly "arty": too dark inside and outside the lift, can hardly see when the door opens. Some lifts are exclusively for the Ascott residence but they are not marked as such.

The location is excellent: just 5 minutes from the Petronas Towers and 2 minutes from the Avenue K shopping mall. The apratment was spacious and well designed. We felt just like home, very comfortable.

Loved every single thing about this hotel, location is perfect, the room had direct views of the petronas towers. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Overall, a beautiful hotel apartment, I totally recommend this place!

It's a serviced apartment not a hotel apartment.There is hardly any management besides a friendly check-in. Should have an equipped and resourceful concierge and have a breakfast/snack bar or coffee shop.

The view from the rooftop pool is phenomenal. The security staff especially Saroj was very helpful and courteous. The apartments are spacious and very well designed. Even the bathrooms have a great view.

Spectactular view of the Twin Towers! 5-min walk to the Towers front. Very closeby to all the main sights. Perfect combination for a delightful stay. Definitely planning on staying here again next time!

Many sites were walkable within 30 mins of the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was very good.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles by all of the staff. Check in was a breeze and the room was top notch. The facilities and quality of the finishes inside were of a very high standard. Couldn’t fault the property at all. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to KLCC. Location was fantastic too right beside the petronas towers with a fabulous view of them from the rooftop pool on the 99th floor.

Great location, in walking distance of Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC Mall. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Provided great service! No complaints whatsoever, we had a great stay we will definitely come back:)
