I think the check in instructions should have been sent to me upon confirmation of the booking so that I am aware of the processes. Including the deposit etc. These were only informed to me upon my arrival at the place.

The staff was nice enough to pass me the keys and help me with the instructions for parking etc.

We found a big bag of food left in the cabinet in the kitchen! Bed sheets didn't seem to be fresh and clean. Lift was a nightmare, always full and no air-conditioning.

Location is close to shops, etc The hotel itself was really beautiful

Walk too far to the mailbox to collect our room key and that’s no one around to ask for anything .

This place is value for money and the location is great . No traffic no jam and east access to anywhere in KL .

Booked this place because I thought arte had a good reputation, but only if under good management. Check in took so much longer than needed as they don't have their own check in desk and so you have to whatsapp the guy, who then delegates another guy to come down. Neither of them seem to have any interpersonal skills. The guy who met us just kept looking at his phone when he saw us. No greeting, no welcome no smile, just ignored whilst texting. No receipt given when deposit paid even though I asked for it. You should ALWAYS give someone a written receipt if money is exchanged but because i was so impatient and unwell at this point I just took the key to enter. No drinking water, no filter on the tap, no water purifier, not even bottled water to compensate. No washing machine as advertised.3 old dirty mattresses left in the apartment for some reason and not disposed of.Walls of the second bedroom are super stained.Dirty windows. Mould in bathroom, light not working properly in bathroom. Bathroom smelt like pee when we checked in so I tried to clean it myself, but because the light wasn't working properly I couldn't clean properly cause I couldn't see. I still couldn't get rid of that smell so I have no idea where it was coming from. We wore our own slippers in the bathroom throughout. And if I couldn't see what I was cleaning because it was so dark, I know for sure whoever cleaned that bathroom couldn't see either and so couldn't have cleaned it properly. No toilet paper, we bought our own. The half used one we found on top of the fridge was stained. No handwashes in either toilets so we bought our own. THE ICING ON THE CAKE? We found the unit number we were staying in listed in the public elevator as one of the ‘defaulters’ of April 2024 as >RM900 is owed. Imagine having the exact unit number that you are staying in publicly blasted due to debt. And the audacity to keep renting this unit out when money is owed is disgusting.

Clean new microvave. Clean kettle. Apartment good size. Arte good location. Internet OK. Bed and pillow relatively comfy. Otherwise not too much

The host respond very late and not feel trustable its forest workers who handle the key , Their request deposit payment Rm 200/- transfer before 3pm then only there will confirm the booking the sound rude a bit, there mention next day check-out time night before 8pm will transfer back the deposit payment , but what happen the next day also, i still didn't received the payment its been 24 hours still no respond form the host try to call many times no respond and also the worst part is they seen the msg still no respond, we need to chase the payment from them then only their refund back, such at worst expression, the fan is not working at all what is the point to have 2 fan which is not function and the shower pip is broke the waters are keep sprit all the place more overall not feel safe and happy to purchase this unit definitely not recommended and also not repeat again tq.

The location was good & the building & house interior was nice . the house view is nice when open the windows .

Apartment was OK, unfortunately not clean enough. Sticky floor and door lock was not safe enough. Suppose install safety lock / extra door lock inside the unit. Staff wasnt friendly. Probably foreigner.

The unit is so rundown with a hole in the door, stained sofa, stained comforter, most important very bad bed condition sunk bed and you can feel the spring! Is not a bed that you can sleep !! and broken old lamp table . And our unit is so different from the picture. And they also take RM200 deposit (with such a rundown condition ) upon check in which was not disclosed before booking. I asked for the refund turnaround, only then owner asked for account details and did not reply me thereafter. He did not refund me after 24 hours,total 3 times follow up. What an unpleasant experience !

The agent has no customer service standard. Lack of communication from day one. Never answer your questions. Don't even reply to Booking. com customer service. No towels even provided. The whole group have to dry themselves with their clothes. Worst stay ever. This is my first negative feedback as a ten year plus booking..com client. Stay away from this place or agent.

The accommodation is short of all the basic needs, no towels provided, did not provide enough rooms according to bookings. Booked for 4 bedrooms, only given 3 bedrooms. One of the group have to look for another place to stau. 5 Light globes hall light only one globe is working, never get changed although we asked to. Be careful about what they describe. They only care about money. Told you where to get the key box but refuse to give you the code because you have to pay cash deposit to the person who can open for you. Checking-in was a nightmare

Only good thing about this accommodation is it is close to convention centre which is why we booked.

Bedding sheet is not clean. Kettle inside is black & very smelly! I asked to change a workable one didn't get changed during 6 nights stay!

Last minute cancel of our penthouse booking and was transferred to other rooms that are cheaper compared to what we paid for. We paid 10pax buy only gave us room for 7pax so 3 of our friends wasn't able to sleep well bcos they dont have bed to rest well. They never gave us any consideration or refund after that and never answered our calls or replied on our mssgs all through out the stay.
