Most of it! Happy to have a big TV that you can screen mirror your phone. And can see how long the laundry facility be available thru the tv as well, saves you time from going up and down to check the laundry area. Friendly staff, very clean facility. Hotel provided umbrella as it was raining so much when we visited Kyoto.

Upon entering the room, we noticed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Dust was visible near the bed and in various other areas of the room. We displayed the "Please Clean Room" sign, hoping that the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of the room after housekeeping had visited. While the overall condition of the room was not unbearable, it did not meet the standards we anticipated from a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel's location is ideal for those planning to visit other cities, such as Nara and Osaka, as it is conveniently situated near Kyoto Station. The staff members are proficient in English, which made communication easy and efficient. The hotel itself is modern, and we found our room to be a reasonable size, contrary to some reviews that mentioned the rooms being small. One convenient feature is the ability to check the laundry status directly from the TV in your room.

Their check-in time is so late at 3PM considering the very early check-in time. They just follow the guidelines by the book and will not entertain extra requests. I requested for a later check out or early check in since we'll be transferring rooms within the hotel but was not granted even if I have my toddler with me.

I like that the location is just a few minutes walk from Kyoto station. It's very accessible especially when you have so much luggage. There's also a convenience store beside the hotel so you can buy your essentials.

Paying accomodations fee at the kiosk to dispense room key was not expected. Staff was not very friendly at the beginning when I was checking what did I booked. When I asked to confirm if I booked twin bed rooms instead of double bed. she replied that but you book twin bed at the point of booking. Didn't expected that from a customer service line.

The location is great. The place was clean and bright too. Ability to leave your luggage before and after check out is a plus. Breakfast was nice and fresh with lots of variety of japanese food!

I didn't like only two things. The first one was the location of the room, it was on the second floor (or first depending how you take it) and directly above convience store below. The wall is basically all glass, which normally means a lot of light and nice view. In this case it meant street full of people going to shop and having a great view at us inside. So the whole stay we had to had curtains on unless we would like to be observed 24/7. You might think no one would look, but we quickly found the opposite to be the true. The second thing was the bathroom door from inside had some large lightly brown colored stain (honestly it kind of looked like someone with stomach issues didn't make it on toilet in time). I didn't really explore the stain in detail, but I tried to wipe it with wet tissues and it was possible to remove it, so the staff just didn't wipe it before we came.

Perfectly located close to the Kyoto station, yet peaceful. The location is absolutely great, you can access Kyoto station in like 5 minutes by feet and even take elevator if you have large suitcases. Check in was smooth, after check in you can take any free ammenities you want including completely free drip coffee bags. The room was spacious compared to other hotels we experienced in Japan. There was a small couch, comfy bed, standard Japanese bathroom, fridge, basically everything you expect in order. Mostly everything was ok and as expected, the staff was polite, the room quiet and nice, the free ammenities generous. There are vending machines, shops and station very close.

The rooms were clean and had good space for Japan hotels. There was a laundry which was easy to use and handy. Hotel was perfect location, close to Tokyo station and lots of attractions nearby. 7 eleven attached.

Small room and laundry. The room is small but that’s what we have expected. Tried to do our laundry but the clothes couldn’t dry. We put in dryer more than an hour on the dryer but clothes were all still wet. We washed it during day time around 11am. No much queue. For evening time the machines were all occupied.

Cleanliness and location. Room is clean & cosy. Very near to Kyoto Station, Airport Limousine Bus Station and Kyoto Tower. There are many restaurants and mall nearby. The hotel provides necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, hair dryer and pyjamas.

We paid for the breakfast once and in our opinion it wasn't worth the price.

Fantastic location about 3 mins walk from Kyoto station and there is a 7-11 downstairs as well as numerous restaurants around. This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan in our two week trip. Quick check in and check out. Good facilities such as coin operated laundry, microwave in laundry room and luggage storage. The room was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.
