If I was being picky, the only thing that was an inconvenience was having to walk to the next hotel for access to a Lawsons (great by the way), and not being able to secure a vacuum to borrow on the final day to aid in vacuum sealing bags for packing.

First things first - the staff are absolutely incredible, & that alone made it felt like a much fancier hotel than we'd paid for. Always smiling, greeting and bowing when we'd enter or leave, getting & holding lifts for us, everything was just amazing and all the great things we'd heard about Japanese hospitality and politeness. Any language difficulties overcome easily with their translation devices. We stayed here as a family of 4 (2A, 12yo, 5yo) for 7 nights, and opted for two rooms over one larger single room with 3 beds and ottoman. We had one Twin Room and one King Room. The rooms were large, one larger than the other with a wider hall, but ample space for all our luggage (alot). The beds were comfortable, among the softest we found during our stay. The room was spotless, made up each day while we were out, new towels every day. The combined price for two rooms was similar to what we'd paid in other cities for slightly larger or even smaller single rooms. Our main focus for the stay was 4 days as the Disney's, and we took the hotel shuttle on most of those 4 days, which ran very frequently during the day, and also used the shuttle to go to the train station for other trips. Yes, it's not as close to the parks as others, but the price was better value for a larger area compared to most close. The shuttle was great, and the days we wanted to get there really early or didn't want to wait for the next one later in the day to come back, we took a $24 taxi ride. Buffet breakfast in the Garden Brasserie & Bar had a good selection of Western and local dishes, & food was nice. You'd need to have a decent feed for it to be amazing value (kids may not get $$$ worth), but it was reasonable still and convenient. The dinners in the same location were also good, with great service. We had a la carte & the food was nice. Room service excellent too. One washer/dryer & vending machine on each floor too.

The fact that there is no signage for the free shuttle to the hotel from the station. The shuttle is not directly outside the station where public buses are, do quite confusing to find it and when we called from the station to enquire where to get it the concierge was not very helpful on providing directions. We ended up taking the local bus with help from a bus passenger on which bus to take to the hotel.

Everything apart from the location. Distance to areas like Shibuya was quite far.

Shuttle service at night can be more organised. Specially from the Disney resort. Last shuttle and closing time are too close for a family on vacation to match and catch

Hyatt is located in perfect location close to bay and quite from hustle and bustle of Tokyo city. Services are super good with support on logistics. All in all super place to stay and travel around forcing you to go to places that you will not go when living in down town or town centre.

The commute between station and hotel are bit inconvenient. When we arrived, it was night time and rain, all exhausted from long flight, the shuttle bus stop was a bit hard to find, we waited taxi after a long queue.

Staff are all kind and polite. Room is spacious enough for 5. Coffee machine is great.

Probably the only thing I think would be better is if the location is walking distance to Shin Urayasu station. But the free shuttle bus solved that. There are also public bus to & from the station & hotel, if you miss the free shuttle bus........

I love how clean & modern the hotel is. The room size is bigger compared to other hotels. They have gym onsite & a big park just across the road. The travel to & from Shin-urayasu station was easy, as the hotel provided free shuttle bus. The trip took us under 10 minutes. Shin Urayasu station has 3 malls & may restaurants & shopping shops. Free shuttle bus to & from Disneyland & Disneysea was also very convenient.

No milk provided for tea/coffee facilities and then I ordered a glass of milk for the kids and they charged me ¥800. They advertise multiple bars and restaurants. In fact only 1 was open during our 2 night stay (there are various exceptions to the others, eg only open weekends and holidays). Quite surprising when considering it’s an international hotel and misleading from a customer’s perspective.

The room is spacious and clean. Food is great, we ordered room service (open until 10:30pm) once because all dining areas close by 9pm. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from TDR parks. I like that the airport limousine bus and lawson convenience store is just a 5min walk away.
