Location was perfect going to Disneyland, shuttle service was provided, staff were nice, room was clean, property looks well kept, would definitely book again when we go back to Japan.

Shuttle service at night can be more organised. Specially from the Disney resort. Last shuttle and closing time are too close for a family on vacation to match and catch

Hyatt is located in perfect location close to bay and quite from hustle and bustle of Tokyo city. Services are super good with support on logistics. All in all super place to stay and travel around forcing you to go to places that you will not go when living in down town or town centre.

Wanted to to spend time and chill at the rooftop before check out but it was closed.

Chrome cast tv was good. Check out time is at 12nn, so we didn’t have to hurry in the morning. Has a shuttle service to and from disneyland/sea

The commute between station and hotel are bit inconvenient. When we arrived, it was night time and rain, all exhausted from long flight, the shuttle bus stop was a bit hard to find, we waited taxi after a long queue.

Staff are all kind and polite. Room is spacious enough for 5. Coffee machine is great.

All the staffs were very nice and very good hospitality. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was delicious and lots of selections. It’s a bit far from Disney land but I still recommend this hotel. It was comfortable to stay this hotel.

Probably the only thing I think would be better is if the location is walking distance to Shin Urayasu station. But the free shuttle bus solved that. There are also public bus to & from the station & hotel, if you miss the free shuttle bus........

I love how clean & modern the hotel is. The room size is bigger compared to other hotels. They have gym onsite & a big park just across the road. The travel to & from Shin-urayasu station was easy, as the hotel provided free shuttle bus. The trip took us under 10 minutes. Shin Urayasu station has 3 malls & may restaurants & shopping shops. Free shuttle bus to & from Disneyland & Disneysea was also very convenient.

No milk provided for tea/coffee facilities and then I ordered a glass of milk for the kids and they charged me ¥800. They advertise multiple bars and restaurants. In fact only 1 was open during our 2 night stay (there are various exceptions to the others, eg only open weekends and holidays). Quite surprising when considering it’s an international hotel and misleading from a customer’s perspective.

The room is spacious and clean. Food is great, we ordered room service (open until 10:30pm) once because all dining areas close by 9pm. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from TDR parks. I like that the airport limousine bus and lawson convenience store is just a 5min walk away.

Such a brilliant hotel- we booked this one for the days we were visiting Tokyo Disneyland, and couldn't be happier with our choice! Super clean, great friendly staff, nice sized room. They had a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland as well. Loved the roof-top bar and the view the hotel had as well. We were pleasantly surprised by just how lovely this hotel was, and we definitely want to stay again next time we visit.

We couldn't find the shuttle bus when we arrived at the station. Only one restaurant was open with limited options as it wasn't a weekend, which was surprising.

Staff were amazing, rooms extremely comfortable, close to convenience stores, walkable to mall, free shuttle bus to train station and Disneyland
