Fantastic stay all around. Lovely staff, massive and comfortable bed, relaxing little onsen, and perfect location. They also had e-bikes to rent, which was fun! Would highly recommend.

Loved everything about our stay at this hotel! Exceeded our expectations in every way. Firstly the hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean and in a perfect location. From the time you enter, the staff are exceedingly friendly, helpful and so kind. The checkin process is semi-automated but a wonderful and modern experience and staff guide you through it. The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic and attention to detail. Provides options for local activities and food, laundry services, smart TV. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. We used the onsen on site and what a delightful and calming experience. The laundry service was easy to use. They have washer/dryers so you don’t need to worry about switching your laundry between machines. We walked everywhere and found the hotel to be perfectly located and easy to find our way back. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay. The hotel is doing things right and has a modern approach that we enjoyed. Would definitely return to Takayama to stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location was great as it was just a few minutes from the Nohi Bus Terminal, also close to the JR station. Room modern and very clean, bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hot spring facilities were great. We also paid a small fee to rent bicycles. Takayama old town is only 12 minutes walk away. We also rode the bicycles there in the evening. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very near to the Nohi Bus Terminal, just crossing a street. McDonald's is behind the hotel. Restaurant and convenience stores are located around the hotel. Luggage storage service is provided to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Public bath is good. There are 100++ cards introducing the places, attractions, foods, culture of Takayama in the lobby hall.

Located very near to the train station. So, after you arrived via the Hida Limited Express, it's only a mere 2-3 minutes walk. Even if you arrive via bus, the bus station is also next to the train station. It's located on this side of the bridge, so going over to the old walking streets you will have to walk to cross the beautiful bridge (not very far). Convenient store Family Mart is located just opposite the train station. The hotel has a very pleasant vibe and the room was exceptional. The hotel even has a complimentary onsen for guests at 2nd floor. Superb experience.

Just a short 2-3 minute walk away from the Takayama train station, this is really an awesome place to stay. After the limited express or bus, one can easily walk over the pathway to the hotel, which can be seen from afar. You will not miss the large sign on the top and the very nice brown orange coloured building. Upon entry, you will be greeted by very polite staff and a very pleasant environment. Check in process was such a nice one and we were given free gifts and also a personal bag for amenities. And there’s a free onsen available on the 2nd floor! Room was really superb and everything was in top notch quality. It was super easy to walk to nearby walking street and also around takayama. Highly highly recommend this place if you are going to Takayama.

Everything was good.

We didn't eat the breakfast. But we loved the rooms, they were very very clean. Spacious rooms! Netflix & YouTube available. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was superb. My family wanted to spend 2 more nights but our train tickets were booked and all our onward bookings were paid. I would recommend Singles or Family come and stay at this hotel. And I would love to come back too.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during winter. I would have appreciated it if they shoveled the snow on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, so it is easier to drag luggage.

Location was fairly near the JR Takayama Station. A bus station is also nearby. Restaurants are a walking distance. I really liked their initiative to put together a tourist guide for Takayama which can be found in the lobby. The guide was very comprehensive in suggesting activities, destinations and food to try during your stay in Takayama. Twin Room was also fairly large for a Japanese Hotel. Facility was clean and would definitely stay here again. Staff has been really helpful, warm and accommodating.

Not a major one but the wall is a little bit thin.

Close to bus station and JR Takayama: 4-min walk but will be doubled in snow-covered ground. Clean, new and full of energy. The hot spring is superb. Large and comfortable bed. Lovely and creative artwork to introduce the hotel facilities and local attractions. There are coined laundry and microwave oven. Staff is super friendly. 10-15 walk to famous hida-takayama old town.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic. The location is perfect. The facility is brand new and well-maintained. What I loved most was the availability of a public bath in the hotel, which was a great way to relax. The room had an independent air conditioner, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. Overall, it was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and comfort in a hotel.
