Good location next to subway station, between Hakata Station and Airport. Clean rooms, standard Japanese Size. During our nearly three weeks we stayed in a few APA hotels and we can recommed the group. I liked it.

Not as clean as the APA hotel in Tokyo we stayed, but still on good level, like in Japan usual.

Good Hotel with good breakfast and very comfy beds. Pricing was phantastic. Location next to the Subway station to airport and Shinkansen station (each one subway station).

They won't be able to assist with anything prior to 6am as most services in that area don't start until then. I needed a taxi for the airport at 5am (the metro starts later) and they told me they could not help since most transportation is still closed then. I used a taxi app instead. Also, the check in system is mostly computerized so if you're looking to ask the staff questions, they don't speak much English but they'll use a translation app to assist as best they can.

It's a perfect location if you're looking for something close to the airport as the stairs for the metro that takes you to the airport are literally right next to the building and it's only one stop away. In the other direction (also one stop away) is Hakata station if you need to grab the Shinkansen or was somewhere centralized to start from. The rooms are small and comfy which is convenient for a solo traveler or a couple.

Very small room. But, you aren't there hang out be in the room, so it worked for us.

Very friendly staff and the hotel was clean. All the APA hotels are very much the same inside, however they’re always very reasonable and clean/tidy. This one is located basically ontop of the underground station which is very handy for the airport etc

I had a early international flight and wanted to be at the airport 5.45am. Reception told me no taxis until 6am, not what I wanted to hear. No offer to try and book a early taxi they were around. I did try and book myself in the end and by that stage fully booked. I ended walking to the airport luckily this hotel is a 20 minute easy walk to the International airport at 5am.

Comfy bed, like the controls next to the bed, good wifi.

Typical of Japan-the strict check.in & checkout rules..little bit of street & rail noise but wasn't extreme. Will probably stay again the next time in Tokyo.

Location to station & hence Haneda Airport. Lots of shops around. Great bathroom, finally no little shower in a small deep.bath!

Small room, limited tv ( not 1 English channel). There was BBC but it was DUBBED omg, so this is just part of Japanese culture I don't like. Hotels are very regimented ( check in/out) & tight to be honest! Even SE Asian countries have cable tv with a variety of channels to suit guests from vast backgrounds- NOT in the 5 hotels I have stayed in 2 trips in Japan! Not everyone wants to party from Monday to Friday, so maybe Japan Hotels need to come to the new age with streaming eg. Netflix would be a great start. Oh, in the afternoon the Ramen store next door gets cooking & the smell ( awful) can be overpowering in a bad way! I have a strong fortitude but coming up.those subway stairs some afternoons omg I was close! The ramen is quite nice later ,.apparently.

Location- right nexdooor to airport sybway line ( exit 4). In the middle of Hakata Station ( shopping & JR line) and airport. Both just 5mins away and 1 stop - amazing! Sunny Grocery store just behind hotel., Room was good for Japanesestandsrds, breakfast was tasty but small area-very busy from 7-8am( hard to find seat etc). Front of staff eager to help but many things lost in translation. Amenities like washing machines, ice machine, microwave are on level 2 which is handy.

Not much comes to mind, but maybe the room size is not very spacious for travellers who have big luggages with them? We only travelled with carry on so it was alright for us.

The location was perfect for us! We had an early flight at Fukuoka airport but we live a little far so this hotel was our brief stopover. It was very accessible and there was a grocery store 5 min walk away. The room was very clean, basic amenities were provided and the bed was comfortable.

Location is very convenient for travel. Nearly airport for 5-8 mins. Behind the hotel have big super markets. The hotel is next to this subway station.

The location was super convenient. The staff was really friendly. There was some dust on the desk when I came but otherwise the room was clean. The room was small, but I did expect that. All in all it was a good experience

The hotel is just located next to K12 exit 4 metro station which is 1 stop from Fukuoka domestic airport. Walking distance to Hakata dinning district. Room is clean , check in & out is superb easy, almost self service . Staff is extremely friendly to assist

Room and bed are so small for couple. Hotel is near main road and noisy at night.

Location was great near subway, airport and Hakata st. Breakfast is variety. Staff is good to support you.
