Apartment is on VERY noisy street, light sleepers may have a problem. The owner is nice, but the communication is too intense for my taste (phone call before arrival, repeated requests for a 10 out of 10 rating...)

The location is excellent - metro station just few steps, historical centre in walk distance, shops around, nice breakfast in local café.

The apartment is noisy and couldn't sleep much because of the room next to mine. The breakfast included only 1 sweet croissant, coffee, and orange juice.

The location was great, a couple of minutes from metro and bus lines, the bathroom was nice, very clean, common room had a microwave and supplies , even a washer/dryer. The room had a separate AC unit, which was nice. Metro ride or walk to city sites.

Quality of included breakfast (which is provided in a nearby coffee shop) is not good... cold croissant and low quality cappuccino.

I had a booking in December 2023, the place is close to metro station and easy to travel everywhere in Rome. The apartment is very spacious to stay with family, elegant look in white color. Really worth for the price.

Located beside the Piazza del Poppolo very close to public transport (subway, tram, bus) this apartment is right at the beginning of the popular touristic walking route. Yet it is in the local setting and you can experience all local Italian food and people unspoilt by tourists. Breakfast is served in the Caffeina bistrot across the street, very cosy setting with lots of locals coming. Had a nice Italian breakfast experience and tried different coffees and croissants every day. Croissants and coffee were outstanding.

Room was next to the street and even with the windows closed, we could hear noise at night.

Close to public transport and walkable to city centre. All the necessities were available in the room. The apartment has a bigger fridge (on top of the small fridge in our room) and there's a washing machine for clothes. The instructions on how to enter the building/room were very clear. The contavlct person was always available for questions.

The city tourist tax turned out higher than advertised on the booking.com reservation. At times there was some traffic noise, but not too bad at.

We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment. It's clean and it's located in a nice building in the center. Easy to check in and out and to get the keys. It's very close to Piazza del Popolo and within walking distance to many of the famous sights. We enjoyed the local coffee place on the same side of the street as the building very much. There is also a supermarket nearby (Carrefour Express), very handy.

Small and complex (3 door) elevator that barely fit a foldable stroller. Note that in the lobby you'll need to climb ~10 steps going in and out of building.

Nice quiet room. Good location. 4 individual bedrooms / bathrooms connected to a common living room that had microwave, fridge, trash bins. The breakfast is at the bistro across street that provided variety of pastries and coffee in the morning.

The pillows are really uncomfortable. The included “a la carte” breakfast is not truly a la carte… it’s just a croissant and coffee so the booking posting is misleading. You have no options to choose from.

In the bathroom the sink was broken-and-pasted with silicone and the paint in the ceiling over the shower is visibly deteriorated, a bit unexpected for the price I paid. Unfortunately no information is offered for the traveler to enjoy the day. Be aware: other rooms inside of the flat are rented to other people. I'm waiting for the invoice for the taxes for 5 days more...

Location is super convenient, easy to find and to access. You can reach it really fast from the airport as it's two steps from the Metro. Perfect and safe spot to start the day with a peaceful walk into the beautiful park (really close), then Spanish steps and discover the city.
