The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The facilities were outstanding. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in throughout the world.

Absolutely nothing - they were kind, helpful, always smiling and asking if we needed anything. On top of all that, I had been studying Italian for over a year and would always start conversation with all of them telling them that in Italian so they would speak back to me in Italian and help me when I stumbled or tell me BRAVA when I said it right. In today's times with the fast pace of our world, I found that everyone I met was delighted that I was attempting to speak with them and I learned more in my three weeks in Italy from the most wonderful people you could ever meet anywhere!

Breakfast incredible! Room outstanding - beyond roomy, with a terrace that showed snowy Alps upon waking up in our beautiful room. Service impeccable from the front desk personnel (helping us with calling for taxis, suggesting best pizza place nearby, anything we needed, they answered for us!) One night after a dinner out, we dropped in at the lounge after and decided to have a drink and ended up at the bar area talking with a wonderful bartender (sorry not to remember his name but from Romania originally that spoke beautifully in Italian) who educated us on Vermouth founded in Torino! The cleaning staff came everyday and left our rooms sparkling clean with fresh towels and bed made. And the last night we were tired from our daytime adventures and ordered room service. It came within 20 mins, brought in on a nice tray with everything we ordered, hot and delicious with two glasses of wine. We ate out on our big terrace and enjoyed our last night in Torino so pleased with ourselves that we had chosen this hotel out of all the places we could have stayed. AND, we walked virtually everywhere to get to our planned activities - we were spoiled at this hotel for sure! Top notch! Well done!

Spa area very small, bar area nice but very brightly lit so no atmosphere at all. Coffee in room very basic, with plastic tea spoons and no milk

Would have liked a bath to help relax after a lot of walking round the city Although plenty of shelves and hanging space, there were no drawers, which I like to use to keep makeup, books, pens and small items tidily out of sight

We took a taxi from the airport without any trouble but were travelling on by train so hotel ideally placed only yards from the railway station. Receptionist ( Irene?) greeted us with a very warm, friendly welcome and waiter in the bar was very welcoming and accommodated us with a light meal as we did not want a restaurant meal at 9pm. Large room which was very clean with a large comfortable bed, bathroom very clean and spacious too

If I had to pick something, I think having instant coffee didn't match the quality of everything else, and they could have had nespresso or another capsule coffee.

Room was fantastic, I was kindly upgraded, the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about ensuring that I had a great stay. The porter quickly came to assist with my bags. The room was fantastic, high studded rooms and felt luxurious. Breakfast was good too.

Everything was top notch ! It started with a very friendly and professional staff at the check in and check out. The breakfast has optimum choices from vegan brioche, lactose free yogurt and many more hot options. The room was very spacious, very clean and in a quiet area of the hotel. A truly exceptional experience. If I visit Torino again, this will be the place to go!

We had a very nice welcome from the staff after driving for a long period. We booked the property valet service, very convenient, a bit expensive though. The room was just fantastic, great size, simple but elegant decoration. The bathroom was just a dream, separated shower and tub, filled with great toiletries, robes and sandals. Free mini Servi bar with basic stuff. We also tried the spa and had a great experience.

Everything was superb!! An extremely well run hotel. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The common areas are inviting and stylish. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious and varied. Overall, one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

Surprised and disappointed that there was no birthday message or other gesture for my partner’s birthday….

We stayed for five nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Gorgeous room with balcony and view of the Alps (backside of the building, not overlooking the train station). The staff was super friendly, helped with all our questions, and made very useful suggestions on restaurants and visiting sites, even before our arrival. The breakfast was delicious(plenty of choices for all tastes) in a fabulous dining room (loved the design). We used the spa facilities once, which were small, but clean, and relaxing after a day’s walking in the city.

Everything was excellent.

The location adjacent to the beautiful train station was perfect. The hotel has a lovely lobby and bar to meet people. The room was very quiet and large. The terrace on the top was a fabulous view of the Alps and city. The staff were so polite and helpful. The price was very reasonable, unlike the expensive Rome hotels. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with fresh fruit to hot food.
