Very expensive for why you get. No breakfast included and we had to pay extra as we arrived early even though the room was ready.

The online check-in didn't quite work as I expected. Having provided all details online, I expected to be just handed over the key to the room on arrival but we actually went through a normal check-in process.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and then taking a train from Napoli Centrale to travel down south. The hotel has an old world, first half of 20th century charm. The room was spacious with incredibly high ceiling. The hotel is well maintained, the room and bathroom are fitted and furnished to a good standard and clean.

Nothing to dislike

Hotel was lovely, staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was great we were given an upgrade which was fantastic, the location if you are travelling by train was perfect it’s so close to the station. Considering it’s on the square we heard no noise, would definitely recommend and stay in again if travelling to Naples

The view from the room. The staff was polite but didn't know enough information about several things around the city, info about visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius.

The surrounding area felt unsafe and was extremely dirty. I wouldn't wander around at night.

Barth room recent renovation, but water leaking from shower and probable from toilet.

Convienient to Rail station and airport. Buitiful architecture, breakfast very good . late check in no lproblem.

The location is very comfortable, but the central station area is not a place to walk around with a family at a late hour.

The room didn't seem to have double glazing as the street noise at night was an issue.

A well-appointed hotel located next to the train station. The lounge was pleasant, and the room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and aperativo was served on a mini Ferris wheel, which was fun.

Not real attentive when trying to get cappuccino.

Surprised that it was relatively quiet for being next to train station/gave us room on backside, as I asked. Good pick-up point for tours. Not a nice area, but impressed with how decent hotel was

The hotel offers complimentary water but we had 1 bottle during our 4 night stay. When we asked housekeeping for a bottle, we were told to take it from the mini bar and you wouldn’t be charged. It was charged when we checked out.

Close proximity to train station and subway. Spacious, comfortable room with windows that open. Excellent breakfast.

Staff did their job but were very serious did not smile at all. The maids entered my room after I checked in, with the pretense she was bringing water, however water was already in the room. I didn't feel safe when I stepped outside. lots of pick pockets roaming around outside the hotel and train station. Inside the train station lots of security that kept the pick pockets out.

The location, my tour meeting place was at the hotel. It is located across the street from the train station..
