Size of the room quite small for 6 people. Photographs on website indicated a larger space. Not enough room for suitcases and manoeuving around bed. Air conditioner not working - room was stuffy without window open

Ground floor room was easy to access. Luggage storing facility was appreciated. Staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Nicely situated near shopping / metro station

Need to fix the windows also the door didn't lock with the key that it had inside

the room was nice, althouh the winow was a littel bit difficult to close, the location was very nice near metro and you could also reach duomo in about 20-25 minutes by feet. A lot of stores nearby to shop.

Room safe was closed and we could not use it. Thermostat did not appear to work so room was cold, no instructions on how to use it. Heated towel rack did not come on. Yes, we could have asked the staff for help but we were tired. It would also be nice to have at least a Nescafe option for coffee, only tea was available.

Good location, close to Metro, friendly staff, wine available by the bottle decent price for a hotel.

As it is located in the centre of Milan most of the public transportation is available from the Hotel. For a solo traveller it is good place to stay.

There was not tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and the water station in the lobby was broken for hot water.

The whole hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Location was good, 10min walk to the main train station and only a short walk to the metro.

The shower pressure is quite low

Loved the style of the hotel. The location was perfect base point whilst staying in Milan. They staff were very friendly and answered all questions. Room was very clean. We were lucky to get a balcony which was a lovely surprise when checking in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others staying in Milan.

The lighting was a little dark in the bathroom but that is really the only downfall I could say and that is just me being really picky because everything was amazing value for money! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing value for money, this cost us £50 for the night so only £25 per person and wow it definitely is value for money. Although it is not in the centre, it is a 2 minute walk to the metro which is only a few stops away from the centre. The room was really nice and modern and quite spacious, the only thing is the lighting was a bit dark in the bathroom but that is the only downfall I could say! The staff were really friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there for the day once we had checked out. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The shower is super small. As in: Some people might not fit, small. Besides, the bathroom door did not lock, and the towell heater thing did not work. All this aside: Is an Ibis. What I dislike about the place are the things that make it budget, so can't really complain.

Honestly: is an IBIS. Is everything you would expect from Ibis, so don't be surprised. Nothing is bad but nothing is actually great. The free water on the fridge surprised us. Overall: Is just a "good for the price" place to stay. I would not stay there for more than 3 days though.
