Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RomaniaFor serving breakfast, there are alternative teams each day in the morning, one day team of personnel was very very nice, and the other one not so nice, we had to negotiate hard for the juice and not to get 2 in 1 breakfast, despite the fact that locals were very supoortive and translated what we asked
Comfortable, clean room, bright, with a pleasant decore with fresh colours and wood. Liked the bath, bright, good space . The window with seaview is like a painting on the wall. Is available a workspace, and tea facilities. The lift is transparent, looks outside, and goes direcly to the room, resulting in a special, authentic location. In the hall there is a capsule coffee machine, fruits, water and spaces to sit and work or enjoy a talk. Italian breakfast is tasty in a pastry shop, 4 mins from the hotel. It has a nice flavour because many locals have their morning coffee and pastry there. Discrete and supportive hotel staff. Bus stations are very near (V and A goes to and from Lido boat station in 10-12 mins). Not many shops and restaurants around, quiet area, at least this time of the year.

SwitzerlandBeautiful location right on the seafront. Ask for one of the upper floors to get a sea view! Petra is a lovely host and she kindly let us check in early. The room was comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated and the breakfast was great. The hotel is a quick bus ride from the boat terminal on the Lido and although there is a road outside, traffic is infrequent and is not a bother.

Communication wit her was very smooth and she helped us with all infos we needed to move around the island and go to Venice. Hotel is situated in a very good location next to the bus station and the beach in front. This is an apartment on Lido Island. There is only one room on the first floor, and I live in the top exposed room. It is very quiet and has a good view, and the settings of the rooms are also good.

CanadaWhen I visited, although the weather outside was not exactly cold but it got kind of chilly in my room, especially at night; though when I tried to turn the heat on, it didn't work. I'm guessing because of the high electricity prices lately in Europe, they had not started the heating systems yet. Another slight issue was that I had not packed hair conditioner or toothpaste in the hopes that it will be provided by the hotel, but it was not.
The breakfast was amazing; it was warm, delicious, and filling. I was worried a little since, in the comments from before, some people said that they visited somewhere else for breakfast, but it was not the situation when I visited and it was served in the lobby. The location is amazing, you get to see the sunrise and walk by the beach which is very close. Also, the facilities were very good and clean and hot water was always available. The host was friendly and very helpful.
