Apartment was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. They arranged transportation from hotel to airport which made our travel day much less stressful! Very close to sights to see, but off of a very quiet street.

The room was very small, we could have used a dresser but we did not spend much time in the room so it wasn’t a huge concern for us.

The location couldn’t be beat!!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had most everything we needed and some extras. My husband loved the coffee maker in the room. The mini frig had a few drinks inside, biscuits and jam were there for our arrival, a towel warmer (although we didn’t know how to use it) and shampoo, soap, etc.

The closest access is taking the vaporetto (water bus) to Rialto Bridge and then walking. The closest water taxi pick-up would be at San Marco Square which is a little far. But this was purely a location thing, not in control of the hotel.

We stayed in the Rosa Salva Suites, a separate condo building that has been converted to hotel rooms. The rooms were modern and actually, the street was much quieter than the actual Rosa Salva Hotel, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very modern and luxurious. We also liked that the fridge was stocked daily with little juices and yogurts that were complimentary, and there was plentiful teabags.

Venice was a spectacularly beautiful city. The hotel was just a few blocks from Piazza de San Marco, so it was easy to walk to see all the sightseeings. The room was cozy and it had all the necessities one needs for successful trip. Rosa Salva Hotel will be my choice when I'm travelling to Venice next time.

So close to everything! Right in middle of St Mark square. Love the discount with the Rosa Salva restaurant the food is delicious The staff is helpful and friendly the maid service did an excellent job cleaning our rooms every morning and providing fresh towels

The lighting was not great for putting on makeup and it would be good to have another mirror in the bedroom.

Although there was no breakfast, we still had yogurt and fresh juice and water supplied everyday. There was a selection of teas and coffee. The shower room was fab with plenty space to put out your own toiletries.

For a two-night stay in Venice, we had a perfect location and a comfortable room that featured architectural beams from many years ago. We could easily navigate to the major sites and enjoyed the modern renovations to the bath, as well as the discount at lovely coffee shop adjacent to the lobby replete with delicious pastries and other treats.

Advertised as breakfast included. Breakfast was not included. It was crackers with jam, yogurt, and a bottle of fruit juice left in your room. There is a beautiful pastry shop downstairs. All they had to do was give you a coupon for a beverage and a pastry and I would have been happy.

Value. I felt we didn’t quite get value out of what we paid. It was rather expensive for the kind of room we were given.

Property was clean and well put together. Rooms were cleaned fast and they had small complimentary items (water and such) each day.

There is no breakfast served at the hotel, which is different from other hotels of similar cost in Venice. There is a very nice patisserie attached to the hotel with a 10% discount for hotel guests, but it doesn't open until 8am, a problem for people who like to get going early. But that is a small quibble in an otherwise very satisfactory travel experience.

This was a well-kept hotel in close proximity to San Marco square and the waterfront. There were many restaurants close by. The staff was very helpful whenever there was a question and assisted us in getting transportation to the airport at the end of our stay--no easy task in Venice. The location, though convenient, was also quiet. We would stay here again.

excellent very spacious room with superb shower. very comfortable beds. breakfast was OK as would normally want in hotel breakfast facility. but shop next door was excellent. location was excellent. The staff were all friendly and very helpful which was very pleasing.

Room size was small but enough for couple. People with kids may have problem. There was no breakfast.

Hotel was located in heart of Venice city. It was perfect for going anywhere or just an evening walk to enjoy streets. There was an elevator at hotel which is helpful if you have luggage.

The price was a little high, but we were willing to pay it based on the size of the room, the modern feel and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

Many things made this hotel great such as the location, the size of the room, the decor, and the staff. We were really happy with the modern feel of the room and the proximity to the main sites of Venice.
