Rooms were clean, but they need some upkeep - moldy/crusty bath silicone, old fixtures, etc. Also, poor soundproofing - especially from the corridor.

Quiet area next to a park, relatively close to the Metro and a few stations from the center. Very kind and professional staff, 24/7 reception. Simple room, nothing fancy - but good value.

Another chair could have been provided in this double room, as there was only one chair. There was a fridge in room but no bottled water provided, also no facility of making tea or coffee in room.

A good selection of food for breakfast, although the variety of fruit was limited to apples and kiwi's. Hotel within 10-15min walk to metro, main line to termini station and many of Rome's tourist attractions.

Breakfast staff on terrace need to smile more. Actually, maybe just one smile would be ok. :) I felt like I was intruding every time I reached the beautiful terrace. I suspect as an American I accidentally created this uncomfortable environment by my own ignorance of local, Italian customs. If so, my apologies. We're still coming back. :)

Location was excellent. Bus stops right around corner, and a short walk to Furio Camillo Metro Station. Price was great! Great value. Facility is very nice and well maintained with good security. Staff in reception were great! Very much appreciate all their assistance.

Room facilities could be better, there wasn't anything in the room, we asked for even glasses to drink water with. Although the sheets were clean, there were some stains on the blanket.

Breakfast has to be improved, quality of meet wasn't to good (especially during weekend). Small tomatoes weren't fresh all time. Lack off scrambled eggs, lack of fresh sausages hast to be improved. If quality and amount of breakfast is better you can go to.this hotel with no doubts!

The best people in restaurant, mr Salvadore made the best service in restaurant. We were in group of friends, he was very helpful and polite for us. He is the biggest adventage of this hotel. If you want to go to hotel and spend nice time in the evening I can recommend this barman and restaurant !

We think the bathroom could be modernized, needing a new shower head etc. The temperature in the room was too high and we couldn't find a way to turn it lower.

We liked the friendly staff and the new Terrace Bar. The location of the hotel suits us, as we have Italian family living nearby. The breakfast was fine and at a reasonable cost.

The single beds in the twin room were small; hotel should consider bigger beds.

Excellent staff, the hotel is well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good just monotonous (bacon, fried eggs etc will be a nice addition). Bus service #628 was 1 minute from hotel and dropped us close to circo massimo, colosseo etc. Metro is 12 to 15 min walk (there are lovely distractions along the way e.g. supermarket, restaurants and a shopping mall).

Minor inconveniences with the room

People from the staff were very gentle with us, there were some issues with the room but they promptly solved them.

Noise from the street - as we open the doors in the evening. Air condition was not working in an effective way..

The hotel promised a rooftop terrace but it was only open during breakfast and late at night... Really disappointment that we were not allowed on the terrace during the daytime as the weather was perfect. Keycard to the hotel did work so had to get help every time we need to get into the room..

It is a far away location. Prepare to walk a lot to the City Center. You will use the metro and all the combinations (bus, taxi, etc) available to get nearby any attraction. Pay attention if there is a transport strike the days of your visit.

Super clean, quiet and big rooms, nice bed and bathrooms, and super friendly staff. Breakfast was ok and cheap.The pastries were lovely.

Maybe the distance to center is a set back but it compensate with the restaurants in the area as those have great food and small prices.

The hotel is great and it was perfect to be able to book for a group of 13 people in the same location. It has everything you need. Helpfull people and willing to help. The terace on the top is also a special place.

Fairly basic amenities in room.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Stayed here to be near to local parkrun so location was fine. About a 15 min walk to nearest Metro but local bus stop just around the corner so although a fair way out from City Centre it wasn't difficult to travel in and was a short taxi ride to Ciampino Airport. Room was clean with view over park.

1. AC is working but the door seal in our room is bad that it is still hot (it is summer with 37C direct sunlight) 2. Refrigerator did not work the entire time of our stay 3. Location is quite far to any landmark and it did not help that the Metro (subway) is not working on the time of our stay.
