My only negative feedback would be the mattress, it was kind of worn off and had a huge slump in the middle.

- Excellent location, within walking distance to all major tourist spots, conveniently accessible by metro and bus. - The rooms were spotless clean, (they were cleaned every day) - The host was very attentive and helpful providing us with tips and information about the city, recommendations and open to help with whatever was necessary.

We stayed here from June 2-5. Just before we went to Italy, Anastasia reached us via whatsapp and wrote down all the details about which vehicles to use on our way, from which metro station to which direction to get on and where to get off. I would also like to thank him for his warm welcome, for preparing us a tour program in the city and for his sincere conversation. We were very pleased with all the places he recommended, both in Ottoviano and Trastevere, apart from the popular places on social media. Our room was clean, easy to access and safe as it should be. We were cleaned every day. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Anastasia for her care and attention. As a location, Ottoviano is one of the most beautiful places in my opinion, it can be preferred because of its proximity to the center and because it is a quiet and decent place.

The Rooms where beautiful and clean and in a great location. Anastasia was a delight and a great help throughout the stay offering flexibility with check in when our flight was delayed even offering a car service to collect us. Christiano was fantastic at check in giving us a guide for Rome that we found very helpful. Overall a lovely stay with very attentive service

Just the toilet seat was very high, but not a big problem :)

Everything was great!! Great location, fantastic staff and service, very clean, the building has lift. It is super close to the Vatican, and very close to amazing bars and restaurants. With a scooter you can be anywhere in 10~15 minutes. Potent air conditioning which is very important in summer months!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Romerooms. The staff especially Anastasia, was really helpful and gave us good restaurant suggestions and also were knowledgable of the area and what sites best to visit. Highly recommended and one of the best stays in Rome ever. Thank you for your service.

Excellent hotel, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. They gave us some great restaurant recommendations in the local area. Location is good with bus and metro links very close by and walkable to the main tourist spots in 30-40 minutes (furthest being the Colosseum). The room was large, clean and comfortable. Great value for money and will be happy to stay again on our next visit to Rome.

Communication from Cristiano was exceptional. The location and suburb was amazing, close to the Vatican, metro station, bus stops and many wonderful restaurants and supermarket. The room itself was so bright and airy, clean and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, kettle, tv, safe and AC. What more could you need. Will definitely be back here next time I'm in Rome.

A small apartment-room-turned hotel with 5 rooms only.

the staff is very nice! The POS machine didn’t work while I check out and it took 20 minutes to fix. The staff offered me free breakfast and waived the city tax. Very enthusiastic person too

The location is great, you can go any famous tourist attraction in 20minutes and the metro station in 5minutes. The staff is very friendly^-^

depending on who’s staying in the other rooms, it could be a little noisy as the place is small. maybe a sign letting others know to not slam doors in the middle of the night, or really early in the morning would be helpful. I would stay there again.

Staff was amazing, they were very helpful with everything we need and beyond. Great location, just outside Vatican. They arranged our transfer from the airport as well.

Perfect location - closeby metro, city centre in a walkable distance, good restaurants in the neighborhood, neighborhood itself is clean, safe and quiet, the staff was very warm and attentive to our needs, we had a possibility to store our luggage before check in after check out, room was cleaned every day, it was simple but all we needed was there. Car service for the airport transfer was punctual. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Romerooms.

My wife and 1 year old son got sick during our stay, but Michele and the staff were so friendly and happy to help us. Michele ensured we got to the hotel safely from the airport and helped bring our bags up to the room. My son soiled the bed sheets (twice!) and the staff were quick to clean it up. They were flexible with cleaning our room while my wife wasn’t feeling well. They also were very helpful with local area amenities even to the extent of walking with us down the street to show us the street pharmacy, bistro, and grocery store.

you can easily hear the noise of other occupants, the toilet had some mould and the drainage seemed slow to drain.

what we liked best was the staff of romerooms as they are warm and easy to communicate with. we appreciate that they touch based with us a day before our arrival and aligned with us what time we will be arriving Rome. Anastacia met us despite it was late and gave us a warm and thorough tour/briefing of the place. the site where we were staying is really close to the ottaviano metro station, is close to the vatican by walking, had daily cleaning service, and close to restaurants. the only downside was some of the amenities were old but otherwise its was overall a good value for what youre paying for. :)

Micelles met us at metro station and showed us to accommodation explained all the hot spots to visit eat and drink in could mot recommend this place highly enough.The whole experience was brilliant, can't wait to go back
