Giovanni was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is great and the beds are so comfortable. I would go back and stay there again!

The square toilets

Location and the host left nice goodies. It’s hard to time things out with a large group so it saved us a lot! An all around beautiful and spacious apartment. Location made us feel like locals while still being a good distance from where we wanted to go

We could only shower in one bathroom (3 families), first bathroom had draining issues and second one did not have shower. Problem with keys of the door to the building.

The plumbing was a bit unresponsive No instructions for recycling or switching on gas tap.

Very comfortable large apartment with good bedrooms for a family with one senior citizen and 3 young adults. Pretty well located near metro and easy to walk to St Peter’s square. Kind hosts provided milk and juice and some basic bread/pastries. One bedroom failing onto a busyish street but was no issue for teens

The apartment can accommodate a large group with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 showers). It comes fully equipped with everything you need. There was even a welcome basket with some snacks, milk and water too. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries and even arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport. Situated near the Vatican, the apartment is just a short 3-minute walk to the metro, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The apartment is in an excellent location - very close to metro, tram and buses. Nearby are a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Vatican is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is located in a very well-kept building with a beautiful and pleasant garden. The apartment is large and spacious. The rooms are well equipped and the showers are excellent. The kitchen is excellently equipped and there are a variety of seating areas. The owner thinks about the small details that make the difference between good and excellent such as: coffee capsules, a variety of pastries and more. I am sure that when we return to Rome we will stay here again.

The shower in the bedroom needs attention. The glass sliding doors can very easily come off the tracks if one is not careful!

The shower in one room is kind of joke and almost impossible to be used :-)I think complete replacement would be the best solution. Anyway nothing serious and it didn´t spoil our stay.

Great service from the owners. Always immediate response to any question or wish. A lot of cookies and stuff for breakfast provided to us free of charge in apartment. For sure not standard... On time pick-up service arranged. The location is definitely great, all you need you can find nearby. If coming back to Rome I would not change for another. Thanks to both guys!

Busy road on one side, loud exhaust from the restaurant kitchen on the side to the yard. Often cold water in the showers (only in showers, could be our fault).

Nice apartment and nice garden. The host was very helpful, helped us to arrange taxis and provided us with lots of goodies for breakfast. Also the apartment is in a great location. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very good internet access. Well equipped kitchen.

Friendly host. The location is 10-15mins walk to the Vatican City. The apartment was spacious for our family of six. There are two Italian restaurants on the same road as the apartment entrance which we both went to for dinner and enjoyed.

Excellent location for Vatican. Spacious, comfortable. Three bathrooms was very good. Air conditioning was very welcome. Above a busy street but quiet and very secure. Friendly and helpful welcome from hosts.

Nothing particular. The ensuite shower doors wouldn't close properly and water would flow through both shower heads. It might just Be that we couldn't operate it properly

Very good apartment. The rooms were big. We were a group of 9 and it still didn't feel crowded at all. Overall cleanliness was good. The hosts were very helpful and informative..helped us arrange taxis and all..very friendly. Provided us with lots of pastries and breakfast items. Also the apartment is in a great location. 6 mins walk to Vatican museums and about 10 to st Peter's basilica. Lots of Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A good gelato place across the road. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family

The location is perfectly located, safe and the owners are so receptive and helpful. The whole place is beautiful, clean, stuffed with so much food, perfectly adorned and equipped with important gadgets and equipments. Exceptionally beautiful.
