Our room looked over a parking lot on the 1st floor.

Breakfast was fabulous - really great service. The staff was super helpful. We loved the 3rd floor lounge and balcony and pool deck.

The property is located in a perfect location with everything nearby. Including hospital lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel staff wasn't very proactive with their help, though the breakfast staff was nice. The beds were clean, but not very comfortable.

Not very soundproof in that you could hear the guests conversations in the next rooms, the bathroom especially.

we booked 4 rooms, one of the party found bugs in the bathroom, and the bathroom door in 201 kept getting stuck so may need to be replaced or fixed, the walls were very thin and you can hear guest in other rooms.

We were given a room on the 1st floor so at the bottom of the hotel. The windows are very thin and so if road noise bothers you, you might need to ask for a higher level room. Noise within the hotel itself is also considerable, we could hear noise from the rooms above each night. Wasn’t too much of an issue for us but it could be for a light sleeper

Location is fantastic at one end of the Corso. Breakfast was better than we expected it to be since it was included in the room price. Good selection of continental items and the option for fresh items to be cooked which was a bonus. The pool area is modern even if it is on the smaller side, the hotel have done well to fit one in

As we said the hotel was excellent just to enhance further we would have loved a softer mattress and a kettle in the room for our needs otherwise perfect.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The location and view is great. The rooms are very clean big thanks to the cleaning team! The pool area and pool are superb especially with the view. The breakfast is great as is the bar in the evening. Again big thanks to the staff in Ninos from the lady and gentleman waiters to the breakfast chef who was very pleasant. Great scrambled eggs and fab pastries!

The location is great- close to all the main attractions and restaurants. The pool and sun lounger was fabulous- so relaxing. The breakfast every morning was simple but tasty. The staff serving the breakfast were so friendly. The views from the pool and restaurant were fantastic.

Walls are thin and we could hear talking in the next room. This is no big deal for me. I gave 9 instead of 10 due to an unpleasant incident. After checking out, a disorganized staff member chased every one of our group to the taxi and claimed we didn’t pay, despite showing him the receipt he printed out for us. We finally went back to the hotel to let him confirm our payment from the computer. Except this person, all other staff members we encountered were extremely helpful.

Lovely helpful friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful view. Brilliant location. Good value. Dont know young mans name but great English. Helped us with our bus tickets (printed for us) and loads of other queries and always with a smile.
