Palazzo Ripetta is my new favourite place in Rome: design thought through to the tiniest details, exquisitely stylish rooms and lobbies, delicious breakfast, extraordinarily helpful staff who strives to meet and preempt every request, - the Italian hospitality and quality at its super best!

excellent location, room perfect, service of the staff top notch the breakfast is "continental". I do understand Italians do not have a breakfast culture - here is a bit of room for improvement. This however in the context that overall this is an almost perfect hotel

In an excellent location, the hotel offers a luxury base from which to explore Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recently refurbished, the rooms were excellent and generous in size with a great turndown service. The breakfast buffet was a joy to wake up to and the rooftop bar is an excellent location for pre-dinner drinks.

The only thing I could say was that our A/C turned off automatically in the bedroom in the middle of the night and we woke up being very hot! We were told if we wanted to change the temperature in the room we had to go downstairs and speak to the front desk, since that is where they can adjust the room temperature. We had a very difficult time sleeping the two nights we were there.

We loved the hotel, the room was fabulous and breakfast was wonderful!

There’s nothing to complain about: All was great

The hotel exudes Chic & Elegance in the heart of Rome. We got upgraded to a loft suite which was gorgeous. The design is simply awesome especially the upper floor room and the bathrooms. The garden restaurant is the perfect retreat from the clamor of the city and it’s very spacious. We also tried the San Baylon restaurant and it was delicious food with good service. All staff are friendly and eager to please. Can I move in please?

This was our first time in Rome and we loved it specially the hotel and the staff who made our experience in this place so exceptional they were so friendly and always willing to help. I would say the location of this hotel is fantastic as well.

The only snag was that the deluxe room was slightly small for a couple; otherwise perfect in all senses: tastefully furnished with Italian marble, and panelled in wood. The bathroom seemed brand new, though the shower mixer, was a bit on the stiff side.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city centre yet in a tranquil area, just off a main square. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, relaxing and ideal for a short city break. As the weather was fine, the hotel garden - courtyard provided the perfect ambience, for an outdoor snack/ lunch several times during our short stay. The staff were very attentive, helpful, polite and professional.

I asked for a room with a bit of a view as this was a trip to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. we were given a room on the 1st floor in the annex building which had absolutely no view other then walls ar close proximity. The hotel really could have done better on this - even if the room was on a higher level. Also I received a friendly email from the hotel concierge asking if we needed help with anything before arrival. I asked for help making a dinner reservation on the night we were arriving - my enrol was responded to with a generic response of a list of restaurants rather than booking somewhere (I gave particular details about what we wanted). When I responded with a request at a particular restaurant, the concierge replied the following day! When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the reception for a recommendation. The lady said she would send a message shortly but I’m still waiting for the message. Normally this wouldn’t matter but when travelling with someone so elderly, it’s important that things run very smoothly and don’t offer help if you aren’t going to see it through

Loved the fresh blood Orange juice and the bread at breakfast. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the Ortega products in the bathroom. The rooms & bathroom were spotless. The staff were all very friendly.
