Our host Guido was extremely helpful, both during our check-in and by checking in on us, if we needed anything on most days. The property is located in the historical centre of Bologna, very close to Piazza Maggiore which was excellent for walks around the city centre.

Great central location with everything we needed in the apartment. Our host Guido was very helpful and the communication via WhatsApp was excellent. We found a great coffee shop nearby called Bios Bar. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff.

The apartment's location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The apartment was very clean and meticulously decorated, combining charm with comfort, and equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay and with a refrigerator full of water for us! Guido, the host, was excellent, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He provided us valuable suggestions of where to eat and what to see in Bologna and the recommended restaurants we visited surpassed indeed our expectations, offering delicious flavors unique to Bologna. He even assisted us with pre-booking a taxi to the airport for our departure, making our departure really stress-free.

Me and my husband had a short but nice stay at Guido's apt. It looks like everything in photos and is very clean. The location is just perfect, at walkable distance from everything you want to see and taste in Bologna. Guido was such a lovely and welcoming host. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay again if we ever get a chance to visit Bologna again.

Location, hospitality and helpful approach of the host Guido from our arrival until our departure, cleanliness, tasteful and fine details in decoration, refrigerator plenty of water, also free coffee and cookies, very good wifi connection, in brief everything was perfect. This is a gem of an apartment. Our host, Guido, was amazing - met us to check in and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment is very clean, quiet and quite comfortable. Everything we needed to make this place our home away from home was provided. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay here longer. Strongly recommend.

It was a bit dark and had no view, but that meant it was also quiet.

This apartment is organized to meet all the needs of an international traveler looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in a great location. It was incredibly well equipped, had lots of storage, a kitchen with all the essentials, including coffee and tea, and plenty of extra blankets, towels and pillows. And we had a world class host!

Perfect location in Bologna. Apartment is very nice & clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The check in process was easy with our host living close by. The host was extremely helpful, quick to answer any questions, and was very friendly. Apartment is very large with lots of room. Building has an elevator, and was easy to get to the room with luggage.

It was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed for 5 nights including a place to store our luggage on the last day. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the centre. Would highly recommend.
