The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. You can feel the springs through the mattresses. I think this is just a difference in European and American expectations when it comes to mattresses.

Highlight of the stay was the friendly staff. Stefano was super warm and conversed with us; Fernando was really gracious toward my son. There was a waitstaff member at breakfast who spoke eagerly with us, too. Overall, the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, which made this feel like a special stay. The property is gorgeous, the views are gorgeous, and the facilities are very nice. I looked forward to breakfast every day of my 6-night stay. Cleaners did a fabulous job with the room every day. We had a lovely private patio off the back of our room. I would return in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect. So nice to have an Aperol spritz at the swimmingpool and have the Gulf of Napels at your feet and recognized all the islands we was before.

Location was good and bad. You are a long way out of Sorrento. The shuttle bus is great but there isn’t anywhere you can walk to have a drink or coffee

Room has a heater, and at times it would be nice to have air conditioning. The pool is not heated, which made it impossible to enter most of the day.

Good location in Sorrento with daily transfer to the center, which is very useful given the difficulty of finding parking. Good breakfast and helpful Staff.

You need to plan your day as the courtesy bus works on a schedule, and you have to book your slots.

Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is in great condition with several terraces to enjoy the amazing views. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold selections. The courtesy bus is comfortable, and the drivers were great and always on time. Couldn't fault the facilities, would highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Bar, snack bar, restaurant were all excellent. We were there for their weekly pizza night, which was good. Room was very comfortable, spacious. They offered excursions, which we did, and made the trip easier. Easy to use, free shuttle service to town center made location with great view accessible.

There wasn’t anything to dislike

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning!! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious. All the staff were very polite and helpful, reception staff provided us with local bus/train times. The shuttle service was brilliant 🤩 and the driver was very experienced and kind. It was my daughters 18th b’day whilst we were there and the staff went the extra mile providing her with a cake and singing Happy B’day to her at breakfast. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday! Sorrento is a beautiful place and well worth a visit!

small showers but this is typical of all of Italy and Europe and the showers here were larger than this of our other hotel stays

The rooms were very clean and had plenty of closet space. The location just outside downtown Sorrento turned out to be much better for us as we toured neighouring areas that we wouldn't have otherwise. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to provide transportation and travel suggestions.

The journey from sorrento does take a good twenty minutes and it is a twisty dangerous road that the locals drive on like crazy people but it is still worth it

This property is around 8 miles from the centre of sorrento and sits high above it. The property is clean and tidy and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The views are outstanding and there are great photographs to be had. The road outside is busy but we didn’t hear the traffic at night so it doesn’t impact your stay

1. The bed could be more comfortable (too hard for me) or at least there should be some pillow menu. 2. Breakfast buffet was the same each day. Only the sweet options were changing (and they were the best). There were plastic cups for soft drinks - first thing to change in 4* star hotel! 3. Prices in the restaurant menu are without tax (there is difference in the price on the menu and at your final reciept). In US you would expect that but not in Europe - and I was in most European countries.

1. The location is great with amazing views, hotel transfer to and from Sorrento is very convenient (it takes about 30 min). 2. Very good staff everywhere in the hotel. 3. There is really nice restaurant here - superb food and it’s inexpensive.

Excellent: great breakfast, spectacular location with views of both sides of peninsula, very friendly staff and convenient shuttle. It is a ways away from Sorrento, but the views from the room make it worth it. The shuttle makes you organise yourself but is very reliable. Sorry we only stayed one night, as there is much to look at in the vicinity. Great value for what we paid!
