We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBeing British, we like milk in our tea, but there was none, so those hot drink facilities were a little lacking in this respect even though it was a good effort for a mainland European room, where such facilities are often completely missing. The shower was underwhelming in terms of quantity of water delivery and ease of temperature control.
Breakfast was unusual and good. The size of the room was generous and its general layout was good. The presence of a kettle and some accessories for making a hot drink were well received.

United KingdomI guess I am simply unused to at table breakfast service , its very nice and very Italian but the sweets and pastries are not my usual , the staff are very attentive but I found the choice limited but good quality , to each their own . The drain on the bathroom sink was very slow needing toilet be rinsed several times.
The hotel is very central to most of the tourist hotspots , and surrounded by eateries some not as good as others , the hotel is spotless and has an elevator small but working , the shower is small given the good sized bathroom but the shower was good and consistent , breakfast is served at table in a room opposite the reception , the hotel is exceptionally quiet given the frenzy of the city just steps away ,its on a back street off the Via Roma , locate the Post Office with the large columns and the hotel has a sign easier to see at night , I found the beds comfortable with adequate supportive pillows there was an ante room with a wardrobe and quiet and effective controllable air con .its about 20 mins walking time to Central station on wide flat pavement or 6 mins on the bus 101 .

United KingdomRooms were a little dated. Whilst the location is fantastic, if you’re driving it can feel a little scary to drive into the tight Palermo streets. There is nothing that can change this though.
Centrally located and breakfast was very nice. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Really attentive and no question was too difficult. So lovely they came a took the car and parked it once we checked in and bought it back when we left. This was so reassuring to have. Rooms were basic and comfortable.

The charm of a family run hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were amazing. The recommendations were spot on for where to eat, even to where to find a good hairdresser. We always felt welcome. The room we had had a balcony as we like to have fresh air coming in and a view of surroundings. The breakfast was very good..

United KingdomThe scaffold still in place beyond their expectations or control. Don’t let that put you off- inside it’s a delightful small hotel full of marble and relaxing areas for guests and a cute bar.
The staff were absolutely lovely- some of the friendliest ever, and very attentive. Breakfast was Continental but included lots of extras, so it was very interesting and more than enough.

United KingdomFront of hotel undergoing renovation work, which was a shock when trying to find hotel from picture on website. Also hotel rooms in need of an update, difficulty in getting keys to open door, no safe & shower pressure very poor. However beds are very comfy. Overlooked these negative issues as was a lovely atmosphere & staff did everything they could to make it a pleasant stay.
Hotel location good & staff/service excellent. Lovely breakfast & everyone very helpful. If they could update rooms I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

United StatesThe place needs a good renovation, not just a facelift. The pictures make you think it's more upscale and comfortable than it is. The bathrooms smell like they need deep cleaning. It's a shame because the people are so nice, and it seems to be a family run place.
Location was great -10/15 minute walk to train station and main Square. Staff were so nice, and breakfast was great!
