We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our transfer to the RCT was arranged by them 10 euros per person, only took about 10 minutes. We highly recommend this accommodation, it's close to everything in Civitavechia.

United StatesLiterally the ONLY thing that could have been more comfortable, and this is only a personal preference, is the bed was VERY firm. Though, this was also a common theme across Europe in our travels, so it's not really a complaint - just something to note. :-)
We arranged with the hotel in advance to have their transport service pick us up from the airport in Rome - highly recommended!!! It took all of the stress out of getting to the hotel in an unfamiliar country. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hotel owner, who promptly offered us a welcome glass of wine and a light snack while he took care of our check-in (there is a small cafe/dining area in the lobby). You can tell the hotel has been renovated in recent years and the owners take very good care of it. Our room was immaculate with a private bathroom - the shower water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. The location of the hotel is fantastic - on a quiet little street close to some fantastic cafe/bars and only a short drive from the cruise ship terminal, which they also provide a shuttle service to for 10 EUR per person. We will definitely stay here again if the occassion arises!

The hotel is newly renovated and is clean and welcoming. The hotel is close to two piazzas with great restaurants and walking distance from train station, sea, supermarkets and shops. There is a little lift of stairs are an issue. Rooms are cool and very clean. Staff were exceptional. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and had a lovely breakfast and coffee in the morning. The hotel has its own shuttle to take guests to the cruise terminal at just ten euros per person. With luggage to carry it was worth the easy air conditioned trip right to the terminal entry! Highly highly recommended!!

CanadaVenice is extremely crowded these days and our hotel provided a beautiful and calm stay, off the beaten path but steps from a great shopping street that had great restaurants. An easy walk to Rialto, la Piazza SAN Marco and the train station but away from the hordes.
