No telephone in the room to contact front desk. Using our own phone via telephone line call or text looks like the only option. For we using mobile data without call and text, we need to be able to contact you via something like WhatsApp etc.

Awful coffee machine. No vegetarian cooked choice. Even the eggs had ham. Only white tasteless bread. Lots of unhealthy cakes and pastries and sweet juice. Highly processed junk food. Only 1 power socket & no usb.

I think the hotel management should put a series of rules to respect the silence and privacy of other guests in common areas, especially after 9 pm.

My bed was hard and squeaky, however my bfs was comfortable. Having to book in a time for the pool and get escorted by a life guard

The air was not so good / didn't circulate so well for the beds not next to the window in the room, the room a bit stuffy. But beds were really clean with place for books/water bottles and all equipped with power outlets for mobile phones

My towel had a hair that was not mine and remains of toothbrush. That was really disgusting. Especially cause I realised it after I started to use it.

Mosquitoes, pool was difficult to access. Staff didn’t explain what facilities were available. No hand towels in the toilet room. Be aware that the location is a bit further from the main attractions of Florence.

Room, bathroom & shower-room seemed very clean. Nice big locker to keep possessions (need your own padlock). Bed comfortable, with USB charging by your head so you don't need to worry about having an adaptor.

It’s humongous. Probably one of the largest hostels in Europe. It’s super busy and lots of kids running around and being noisy. A bit pricey.

Location, close to main attractions and central train station. Rooms were clean. Lockers are decently sized. There is a roof terrace bar , swimming pool, 24/7 reception and a restaurant serving decently prized food. Staff were accommodating with my request to have a lower bunk bed.

No bidet in the toilet, no door in the toilet (I was alone, but in case of two people this would be a problem). Finally, for being an hostel, the price is definitely expensive; however in line with prices of Florence.

The hostel is really close to the city center, clean e there are a lot of travelers. The terrace is fantastic with a view over Florence. The place is safe also for people traveling alone (I stayed in a private double room alone). My room was silent. Breakfast fear.

In a mixed room, I was the only female and it was a very smelly experience.

One socket in the room, nowhere near the beds. Common room closed and locked early - couldn’t use the kitchen or even get something from the fridge.

The mattress was a bit too soft for me. I’ve felt some back pain after few nights.

The hostel is close to the main station and to the Mercato Centrale where you can find late night food. There is also a Carrefour Express at few minutes. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. In a city like Florence impacted by over-tourism and where prices are exorbitant… I’ve found at Plus Florence the most affordable place to stay as a solo traveler. I took a private room and payed around 100 euros (without the city taxes that you should add). You also have a nice view on the Cathedral.
