Friendly welcoming staff and perfect location to train station and the towns shops etc. The restaurant was very nice for drinks/meals and the breakfast was lovely. The room was spotlessly clean and very nice and spacious. Great shower and fantastic views. Was a very comfortable stay.

The entrance to the building is quite old and tacky.

Just stayed for a night, rooms were nice and clean and very close to the Tirano station. So if you are coming from Bernina express and staying overnight to go back the next day, then this is the best option out there

Felt misled by photos on website for a room that was very small for 2 ladies. Asked for 2 twins but request ignored. Staff too busy to pay proper attention to guests’ needs.

The room at the 5th floor, the elevator stop at 4th floor. We need to carry the luggages through the stairs. The Hot Chocolate and the Cappuccino has no taste, just milk

This is a quaint hotel very close to train station and central to the main town. The room was comfortable and the breakfast offering included eggs prepared for you in addition to the usual continental offerings, which was a nice addition. We stayed the night before taking the Bernina Express. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant. It’s also easy to walk around town to explore the area.

The staff were helpful and friendly. You could not ask for more. The room we had was spacious with 2 views of the mountains. The old 1920s elevator worked so well you could not tell it was moving. Sorry I'm an engineer and I found it way to cool. This place is right at the train stop . Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had hoped to check in our baggage as we were earlier than originally planned (due to the Bernina express cancellation) but were unable to do that.

Central location with easy access from the train station. We only stayed one night intending to get the Berinina express before going back to Varenna. It was lovely having more time to explore Tirano.

A little strange to have the rooms scattered around the area in different buildings although no further than 50m from check in.

Breakfast was excellent. View from room amazing. Friendly team members. Restaurant does amazing food in the evening. The ability to make hot drinks was a nice touch, but milk sachets and ordinary tea bags would be good.

Lift only goes to 4th floor so we had to go up steps to the 5th floor where the rooms are.

Rooms more like a suite with different rooms. Fab views from top floor. Good offer at restaurant below for evening meal, really fabulous and good value. Good breakfast at the same place.

Check-in was a bit messy - a minor quibble, but we got no notification that the check-in reception was in the restaurant, so it resulted in us hanging around for a while - we had spritzers in the sun so it was fine but would have been irritating if the weather had been terrible. We had also messaged our arrival time but got no instructions .

Fabulous apartment with plenty of equipment and space. Very comfortable and welcoming. The added perk of a delightful restaurant below us offering a discount on a splendid local tasting menu was a real bonus.
